I needed to send some emergency funds internationally and was told someone will be with me in 30 minutes… an hour later they said that they can not help me. Never even asked if I bank with them.. and yes I do and I’m a platinum member. End up going to Albertsons Western union and got the funds transferred in 10 minutes. 0 stars

The worst customer service, the only ones that knows the meaning of that in this location are Monica and David!!! My mom went there on Saturday 4th around 11:30 am she only needed her bank statement but she needed someone that speaks Spanish the guy that was at the entrance was bilingual and send her to the line but wasn’t kind enough to help her translate, the tellers were extremely rude to her and just said “no hablo español”, there was a nice lady on the line that offered to help my mom translate and the teller told her “it’s not necessary we’ll help her” which they didn’t and my mom was just standing there feeling very uncomfortable and embarrassed so she took her documents back and left, and what upsets me is that this is not the way to handle this situations because they know that a lot of their customers are non English speakers!!! So train these people to do better with customers.

I came in to cash my check and a teller named Angelina refused to do so. I told her I was going to be switching banks and I wanted to withdraw my money anyway. She continued to refuse to help me AND flagged my account due to not having funds in my account. I reminded her that I was switching banks and she told me I could get my money on Wednesday. Horrible customer service here. I am glad to be switching banks and not having to deal with this BS.

Worst freaking Bank EVER- how anyone can bank with BofA is beyond me. They won't accept cash deposits, and to get through to anyone capable online is beyond me.

I was told a check would be available the next day when I deposited check in person . They put a 10 day hold on my check now and there’s nothing I can do about it . This back is full of tricks and scams

If I could, I’d give it NO STARS..Clerks = incompetentBankers = incompetentManager = MOST incompetentWorst experience:Had an APPT for (an escrow) wire - waited 1.5 hrs still! WHAT, WHY?!Same time, an elder lady had an appt too. She was on an OXYGEN tank — she waited as long as she could, but left because she was RUNNING LOW ON AIR!HOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE?Last straw incident:Need a copy of the same wire from incident above. Can’t print online.I come in, get inline, banker tells me they can’t help and I need to talk to a manager.I waited for an hour, “for a printout?”If big banks wonder why they’re hated, THIS is why.You continue to perform subpar and I regret ever being a part of your business.Thanks for all of the headaches BofA(Should be named BofS, as in Bank of BS)

Extremely rude teller, didn’t want to help and when she finally did, pitched a fit…and at the end, tossed us the money and said “here.” How do people like this have a job still, let alone a business actually surviving with customer service skills like this. DEFINITELY DON’T RECOMMEND!!

I have been banking with BofA for 16 years. They have continually reduced their service level. You'll wait or be asked to make an appointment on their app. Appointments are not available. Service over the phone is completely useless and you'll wait over a half hour for them not to help you at all.

Always 6-7 customers in line with only one teller attending and 2 managers and 2 personal bankers in the lobby standing around. An average of 25 minutes wait each time.

Worst bank and policies ever! Tried to cash a check drawn on my fathers estate and they would not cash because against their policy unless I was their customer! Discriminatory! Rude! If I choose not to use a bank or financial institution that’s my business. If I’m forced to open an sound it certainly won’t be with them!
