I am unfamiliar with car parts and accessories but went in to purchase an item that I needed for my car. Larry helped me and even though the item was sold out he took the time to call another store and reserve the item i needed. He was very helpful and courteous and made the trip less intimidating.

Thanks to Greg's immediate acknowledgement and apology after I was ignored by the entire team as they walked passed me and said nothing, I decided 2 stars was fair. I almost walked out because I stood at the front counter for 4-5 minutes without being greeted. I had to walk around the corner, where all of the employees were hanging around talking about a part, but not paying attention to their level of service. After I brought the disregard for my patronage to their attention, everyone except Greg looked at me as if to say "Okay, and"? There was a female worker on duty at 230ish today who had the most unfriendly stare of all. In any case, thanks for your help, Greg, but I will not be returning.

visited my local AutoZone located at 40345 Winchester Rd, Temecula, CA, where I was assisted by two young professionals, Mr. Moran and Larry. I was looking for a car battery that would support my aftermarket stereo system, and Larry was extremely helpful, providing me with options that would best fit my needs. I appreciated his patience and willingness to help. Furthermore, not only was I provided with options, but Larry also assisted me with replacing the battery. I was pleased with their effective service and professionalism. I will be a happy returning customer.

Management has no clue how to lead or train his team. They broke the battery housing just replacing the battery. I ended up doing it myself with their tools and basically trained their new employee. Unbelievable.

Andy was so helpful! I've been so stressed about my car issuses and Andy fixed every problem! He swapped out my battery for free with their warranty, replaced my headlight and filled my coolant! He was so nice and did it so fast! I was with my Mom she even hugged him! lol Thanks Andy!

Went to replace my battery for my Chevrolet cruze that I was trading in for a newer car and found out it still was under warranty didn't cost me a anything
