Unfortunately I have tried to use the store multiple times. I believe Ricardo is a store manager or the assistant manager and everytime I call he puts me on hold and never picks the call back up. I end up holding for 15 to 20 minutes and no one answers. Absolutely piss poor customer service. And usually they don't even have the parts that I need. Go to a different part store this one sucks. So I wanted to add to my review this time. I gave AutoZone another shot, I walked into the store and the employee in a Black Bandana is bumping gangster rap music talking about drugs and girls and cussing every other word. I tell him it's not very professional music and he laughs and says I have to get it in before the big bosses get here for the day. And then he's sitting there singing along to it like an idiot. Go somewhere else people, this store is terrible

The shelves were not fully stocked. I went here for a specific item from liquid moly that only autozone carries (within reasonable area) and it was out of stock. Staff seemed unhappy to be there. No clear separation of categories of products. Place was sort of clean anyway, no free coffee. Didn't notice any listing of services available - something you shouldn't have to search for at an autoparts store. Probably won't come back here again as there is no clear benefit over a store that's closer. Too bad their shelves weren't fully stocked.

I brought in a battery that I purchased here that was still under warranty that had died. They tested it and told me the battery was good, but my truck would still just barely start. So I thought something else [alternator, starter] must be wrong. I took the truck to Toyota of Temecula Valley and they checked everything and told me that the only thing wrong was a bad battery, and I had to pay a $195 diagnostic fee. I took the battery back to Autozone with proof {written and a photo of the results ] that the battery was bad, and they gave me a new battery, but they made me pay $3.80 for the felts that go on the terminals. After all of the inconvenience they caused me PLUS $195 for a diagnostic fee they would not even comp me $3.80!!! TERRIBLE customer service. If you buy a battery from them and it dies and they tell you it is good, have someone else test it before you do anything else. Do NOT trust their test. I am writing this because I want to help other people avoid what happened to me. Autozone has lost my business for good.

Autozone is convenient with their locations, so they get my business more so than other parts stores. However, they don't always have the parts that I need without having to come back the next day. With 20 year old vehicles I understand the lagging. Overall a good place to go to keep your vehicle running!

Great customer service. They helped clarify why their AutoZone website was saying two differently sized air filters fit my Mazda3 (different VIN #s have different air filter sizes). And I was able to find the correct air filter in stock at their store.

I went to recharge my battery for my Honda Civic 2019. A "manager" named Amoc recharged the battery to full capacity. We attempted to start my car and it wouldn't turn on at all; completely fried, even after the fact of recharging the battery to 100%. Obviously this made no sense but he started bringing out other options like the alternator and starter being broken; he suggested I needed a new alternator/ starter, which caused me to panic. He started showing me prices in the store for the alternator also. Then, a suggestion to get my car towed; essentially having to pay a large sum to fix this unknown problem that he started. Thankfully, my family knows a very trustworthy mechanic and he checked my car, ran a diagnosis, and seen that Amoc, an AutoZone manager, wrongfully reinstalled the wires into the battery. Rather than having 2 wires on the battery, he connected it wrong and with an easy fix, the REAL and TRUSTWORTHY mechanic fixed it with a simple reconnection of the wires. My car was able to run just fine after this. No need for a new alternator, starter, battery, or towing of my car like Amoc suggested. During his time of recharging my battery, he explained to me how this store was experiencing bad reviews. Amoc was kind but obviously lacked in general mechanic knowledge. He didn't seem to think it was a wiring problem but went straight to blaming it on the alternator/ starter. At the time I didn't see the reason why because he charged my battery, but we can see that he is inexperienced of his ability to do his job. If AutoZone is known to give free recharging of batteries, you would think they would know how to do it as a routine process. I guess not. This place sucks! Very untrustworthy and misleading.
