Just wanted to take a minute and give a huge shoutout to these guys. The staff was amazing, they have very honest and quality work and I highly recommend getting your needs done here. They installed a duel 10” system in my truck and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Will be coming back in the future and will be recommending to others!

Needed a microswitch and nobody within a 30 mile radius had one. These guys did and they were very helpful and reasonably priced. Their store is well stocked, clean, organized, and they are friendly.

I arrived ready to buy a radio upgrade and was prepared to spend 150-250$. They had a decent selection of radios and got a quote right away. Keep in mind if you get a smaller radio you still have to buy around 30$ in kits to hang it in the car. They forgot to add a 20$ kit in the quote once they alstarted working on my car and I would have rejected the service if the issue was forced. But they stayed accountable and had a good attitude: thats rare. Great shop.

I have a "special situation" where I have a lease and can't do anything to the electrical or standard features of the vehicle or face massive turn in penalties. The install guys here, and the owner, took special care to make sure it was wired without creating major issues for me. We had a small hiccup where a wire wasn't connected all the way and it cause my battery to fail. Not only did they rush me a fix on it, they gave me an upgraded speaker for free!I will recommend them to anyone who needs it and will come back here in the future!

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Called in and the lady was very informative and educated. Scheduled me the following morning and was able to take care of a few lights that went out on my truck. Carlos pulled my truck around and had everything fixed fast! Also my headlights weren't the brightest on my older 06 truck. They had a great affordable selection of lights to choose from and I was able to upgrade to much brighter lights on my headlights. Great experience overall, awesome customer service and quality work were provided. Would recommend 100%.

I SERIOUSLY have no way to express in words the customer service I am given (not was but am because I will go back). The owner Linda is just a sweet heart caring and compassionate. Alize the customer service lady at the front another sweet heart was very patient and they knew I was going through frustration from my sound system but were VERY VERY EMPATHETIC. The installers Lee and Carlos are master and I mean MASTER technicians. Lee gave me some pointers on my new sub. Overall, my experience doesn’t even count 5 stars I’m going there for all my audio needs and I highly suggest you do too

All the work I needed to get professionally done on my bike, has all been done local to Temecula, I did not want to do any different for this project even though many other people advised me to get it done with providers outside. I'm glad I went with my gut when I chose Audio Addiction. First off, their and shop and most importantly the showcase area was so clean and well put together and perfectly engineered which gave me a clue that a clean job in presentation as well as sound quality is important to them. Second, Carlos then asked me what I was looking for and proceeded to excellently demo what I wanted with the understanding that this would be installed into my Harley. He explained the pros and cons for motorcycle application to ensure I knew what I was getting into and we both were on the same page and I would have no missed expectations post install. He then went over the instal plan, speakers and components with my budget in mind and demo again. He hit the mark right away. I rode my bike in the same day and was done 2 days later(much faster than I had expected knowing myself, the work involved.) once I got the call that the job was done, came over and got the demo and walk-through of my setup with Pablo(Motorcycle Specialist). Pablo did an amazing job both from the engineering and cabling perspective! He even did me a solid and fixed my bag hardware to be more secure, absolutely above and beyond service delivery. I've been smiling ear-to-ear over my system ever since and even more when I'm rolling around my bike with my favorite cruisin' playlist. Thank you Audio Addiction team!

Just recently had our fifth system installed at this location. After many years of service, I can't say enough how much I appreciate their professionalism, pricing and quality. They always take care of their customer. We wouldn't take our vehicles anywhere else!

Great install on my sub, but I had a joint in the car in my glovebox and it mysteriously went missing after my install. Plus it took 5 hours to get it done, sounds great and works as expected however I was puzzled when I couldn't find my joint I left in the car. Thanks for the install, you owe me a J. Would've been 5 stars lol.
