This location is terrible. Service is REALLY SLOW and they don't even acknowledge you when you in. We ended up going to the actual AT&T store by the mall for better service. The employees here are really lazy and I hope this shop gets shut down and they all end up jobless

The worst company ive ever dealt with, they are literally scammers, they call you to offer you a free phone then when you realize its a contract they want to charge you with cancellation fee and bunch of other stuff to rip you off, one bad review per a day for you

The worst customer service I’ve experienced in ATT store. Walked in I wasn’t greeted, walked out then back in and stood there for 10 minutes the employees didn’t say a thing . I get it they hate their jobs but it’s not my fault.

if i could give at&t -10 stars i would i canceled my plan 2 months ago and they are still trying to charge me for nothing..... and they won't refund the money back. guy at the store told me to call my bank cause "customer service" aren't going to stop and won't give anything back..... the WORST company! good scammers tho i'll give them that!

I went into this store several times to follow up on two phones that went missing when I traded them in. The "Loyalty Department" of ATT had told me to request the manager Albert fix this issue because this was an "in store purchase" . However, Albert the manager keeps saying he "can't do anything" and that the sales person "Amy" (that I traded my phones to) is "no longer here"... I asked for his managers contact info which he refused to provide. He keeps telling ATT that "he has contacted the higher ups" and is claiming they have not contacted him. ATT told him he is the one that would credit me for the phones. They just keep blaming each other for who's responsible and several frustrating months later, I have yet to be credited for this disaster. In the meantime, I will be reporting this store to the BBB for its unprofessional and fraudulent business conduct.

I have been with Verizon for over 15years and after review of my service and what I was paying I decided to check ATT because of my work benefits and the pricing was so much better. I got a quote online but decided to call the store to see if maybe they had the phone and I could do my service there Kristy Elwell answered the phone and her tone was so welcoming and she said come on in I’ll add you to the wait list if you don’t mind waiting a bit they were busy but would love to help me. I walked in 30mins before closing and only waited a few minutes for Zeltzin (Ami) Estrada to help me. They treated with such great customer service it seemed like they were in no rush to push me out and made sure they really helped me understand the services and benefits and made sure my family and I were set up right. I am so happy I came here and I am beyond grateful for their help, time, and patience. I would recommend them to my family and friends!! Great experience! Thank you!

Here’s how AT&T can rip you off: in the fine print, somewhere, it apparently says that an unlimited International calling plan is $15 per month per phone line. If you don’t know this- and we didn’t- they charge you $3 PER MINUTE.They claim they emailed or texted me when this usage occurred. I can find no such email in my inbox, trash, spam or old texts. So AT&T charged me $333 for a service they value at $15. They’ve probably done this to thousands of people.After an hour on the phone, the man graciously reduced this charge by 50%. Big company that has made lots of money off me over the years. Not much as a little guy like me can do, except, as I explained to the patient AT&T employee, put a 1 star google maps review on every AT&T store in America. I’m doing them a favor, since their customers should know.Anyway, the internets say there are 5,361 locations. Wish me luck.Otherwise, I’ve found the people at the stores to be helpful, and the connection is usually okay.

I went to this store in February to sign up for service. Wanted to leave Sprint after 15 years of constant mishaps. Yes the people who work there are all really nice. We got Amy, a very nice girl. Told her we needed 3 phones and 3 screen protectors. Well we went in on February 8th. The phones did not come in until February 11th which was fine. But that's when the nightmare began. I get my bill and I'm being charged for 4 lines not 3. So of course I call Amy, over and over and over. Finally in March she got most of what they over charged off, and the 4th phone line was gone. AT&T fixed the bill and said I would still receive another $34.00 credit on my next bill. Then our phones just stopped working. So I called using my internet. They said we had to bring the phones in to get new sim cards because an upgrade they had made caused some OLDER phones not to work. I told them we were NEW customers. So they said they would give us new sim cards free. Well I would hope so. With the price of gas I wasn't to happy to have to go all the way to Temecula. Amy was there and said I'm still working on your bill, and your screen protectors. Well, I never got my $34.00 credit, and still have yet to hear from Amy about it or, the screen protectors we ordered February 8th. I've told people about my experience with this store and they all told me I should have gone to the Costco AT&T. Who knows maybe they have screen protectors for our phones as we still don't have any. UPDATE: As you see a store owner posted and told me to email that address he gave me. I did. TWICE. Never got a response. Tells you a LOT about how AT&T treats their customers.

Everything went quickly than expected! I thought I would have to receive a notification of when my product is ready for pick-up. But, I got it when I only walk-in.

beware att is attaching direct tv stream to your bank accounts. then make it almost impossible to correct. if anyone has problems with att lets start a yelp parade!! complete criminals
