Too much people and not enough phones. This isn't our first account. I don't need anyone to run me through all the options etc. Just give me a phone in or out the box. We have been at this a while now. We got it. And the fake geek bar vibe just annoyed me especially since I bought my new phone for less and quicker.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and helped right away. My questions were answered and the process was smooth and easy. I went in to upgrade my phone to the new iPhone 15.

The AT&T store in Temecula, CA is phenomenal! Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and it is evident that they strive for excellence! Ashton and Esperanza were more than amazing and made sure I understood everything and was fully satisfied. I’ve had ATT service for years but have never experienced customer service on this level! They are thee best!!!

I switched to AT&T from Sprint/T-Mobile one year ago. I’ve been nothing but happy with the switch! I had been a sprint customer for over 10 years, but when T-Mobile took over their service got even worse than it was before, at least what it was only sprint. It was doable most of the time, but I got tired of dropped calls, and just not having service, texts, not going through, etc. So switching to AT&T has been a godsend because I Never lose service anymore, and I work on a Native American reservation so that’s very important to be in a remote area and still have service all the time! Also, I pay way less than I was paying with T-Mobile, it was actually very surprising to me to get better service for less money! Since I switched, I’ve moved my whole family over to T-Mobile and the customer service as always A+, John in the store near the mall in Temecula is a wonderful representative, he helped me make the switch a year ago and just recently he helped me add another line to my account. I won hundred percent recommend AT&T to everyone in the Temecula Murietta area. If you want to have reliable service and not break the bank, great value, great customer service, I can’t say anything else better about them than I already have! I’m very satisfied ☺️

They fixed my issue, but the employee was pretty rude and acted like she didn't want to do anything and why did I not just file an insurance claim at home on the computer? Well, if you completely replace humans, you won't have a job, which you shouldn't anyways. Where I am from, they still understand about customer service and minimum wage is double what it normally is. I might should ad that the store wasn't busy at all, she just made it clear she didn't want to be working at all. It is amazing how the socialism has infected the mindset here, and I can guarantee you this woman thinks she is a conservative. Even the Republicans here are brainwashed.

I had a very strange problem with my phone, and as soon as I walked in, I heard that the network was down. But the first woman to help me was super nice and did her very best to help me. Then she handed me over to her boss, and the helpfulness stopped right away. Thankfully, I ended up fixing the problem myself. Overall, it was a mixed experience, and I probably won't be going back to this location if I can help it.

Usually I’ll walk in to AT&T and everyone is friendly and very nice , that’s why I chose to make the drive to this location. But yesterday I walked in , Nazir was the person helping us was very impulsive. I asked him a question and right away he raised his voice and was telling me that I was wrong that that’s not how it’s worked. Ok I understand I was miss informed but he could have used different words and in a very different tone of voice. I would ask him something and right away he would impulsively respond with a very rude tone of voice. In another occasion I handed him my credit card to pay and he asked me for a street number on the card , I paused and was thinking of the street number I had used since I do have two different address that I use. He yelled Street address three times at me and I looked up and said hold up. After everything was done he told me that I could go back to get help setting up my phone and I replied with no thank you I’ll go to a different location.

Nazir was definitely informative and patient with me. I had issue with my work line and couldn’t log in. He informed me that I can pass my number down to my other line & also file a claim with my “work line device”. What I loved about his customer service he did all that and also let me know about their promo for AirPods. I got my claim fixed,my number transferred and also bought AirPods. All while I was with my 3 year old. NAZIR U ROCKED!!!!!!

I had the best experience at this store. The sales rep, Nazir, was knowledgeable and very helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure that I understood the products. The manager, Ashton, was also available and active on the sales floor. 10/10 recommend.
