I LOVE this thrift store! They support a very good cause. Proceeds go to battered women, victims of domestic violence and their children. Operation School Bell is an outreach program that provides children with clothing at the start of the school year.
A heartfelt shoutout to my late mom, Shirley Scholle, who volunteered at the Fullerton Bargain Box for over 25 years. She received the Ada Edwards Laughlin Award in February, 2013 for her many years of dedicated service to the cause. Love and miss you. 1935-2023

I came in here with my daughter about 10 minutes before closing. We knew what we came for and only needed a couple of minutes to look for it. When we were checking out it was a couple of minutes until closing. The cashier told me they all have homes to get to and she's been on her feet all day. I felt this was unnecessary since I never complained and finished before they closed. I have no idea why I was talked down to like that but it made me feel like a child.

You have to be very careful & pay attention! They had half off toys & children’s department & the woman, though very sweet wasn’t paying attention and charged me full price for half the items I got which were all supposed to be half off:( my bill should’ve been close to $40 I was charged $50!!! I realized it when I was far & they were going to be closed. If I go back tomorrow I end up looking like a big grinch for bringing it to their attention. My loss is someone’s blessing so be it!

Apparently the “board of directors” decided it would be a good idea to have everything full price for Black Friday.Who RAISES PRICES for Black Friday? Also most of the clothing in this store was junk that should have been thrown away already, besides a very select few items in the boutique tagged with ridiculous prices. You can buy brand new for less than what they’re charging. Also it’s true, the employees like to make you feel uncomfortable when you’re looking at the jewelry. Stare you down like a hawk and make it feel too troublesome to see everything you want to see in the case. It’s almost like they DON’T want you to buy anything.Very uncomfortable and unwelcoming to shop here even though I’ve spent hundreds in the past at this store, don’t think I’ll be back.

Without a doubt, the best service, selection and fair pricing in the business. Exceptional personnel all over the store. Willing to go that extra mile to assist you in your hunt for bargains. I am a book worm, love that folks donate great condition books for me to read. My husband who has Dementiagets the benefit of DVDs, books on CD and easiest on the wallet. After watching them, he gives them to Boys and Girls homes San Diego. This place is a true blessing. Every time I go, nit disappointed just surprised at the bargains!

First time here, such a great experience! Friendly staff, clean and organized facility, great variety of items. I will definitely be back! Probably one of the best experiences I've had at a thrift store / antique store. I want to express that I admire the idea of having student volunteers, as it allows them to have that experience prior to them experiencing the real world. I was able to talk to a young lady that checked me out and gave her some advice to life and loved her bubbly personality and openness to life! I can't remember her name, but only that had short curly brown hair. Thank you so much for the experience here!

Arrived at 3:45, they told me they closed in 4 min and I better look quick. I told them I was aware of my time and would make it quick. The Intercom 2 min later advised they close in 10 min . So I continue looking. 2 min later they turn off the lights and an angry ANGRY OLDER LADY told me I needed to leave. It was 3:52 and she had her purse in hand. I told her we were just told we had 10 min, she said "no not true" and told me to leave. I ask her " Do you close at 4 Pm or do you just really wanted to go home?" I'm assuming this is just a thrift shop with flex hours and unhappy employees.
