I couldn't be more grateful for the help of Anthony and Arrive. Searching agents and lenders was an intimidating task that nearly kept me from continuing my first-time house search, especially during this market. But as soon as I reached out to Anthony and was assured he'd take care of me, it made my confidence for the home-buying process absolutely peak. He was so transparent and SO informative through every step of the way. I always had a dozen questions and he was always there to answer them. Anthony is on top of his game and when the selling agent shortened our contingency period, he was already 5 steps ahead with all my documents prepared and ready to be signed. Anthony, Matt, and Team were AMAZING! I would also highly recommend doing your loan through them as well. This made the process so much easier with timely responses from all contacts. From searching for the right home, putting in an offer, and surviving underwriting, I could not imagine doing it with a different team. Anthony has truly perfected the craft and keeps your want/needs top of mind. I wouldn’t change anything about this experience, and I look forward to working together for our second home in the future.

Can’t tell enough good things about Arrive! Probably the most easy home buying process we’ve been through while purchasing a home. Both Mathew and Anthony are so easy going, positive, and always available. They were always on top of things and finding solutions when we ran into challenges.
