Good looking car.... purchased in ca and live in az...got home and check engine code popped up..... took almost a month for the paperwork to get to az......couldnt registeror insure.... first time they sent they "forgot" to sign the papers...seems like they have never sold a car before.... would never buy from them again

This place is a total scam, first off Sheila is just a liar, and when she gets caught she blames the other person and becomes very combative. Then they act like they’re doing you a favor by selling you an overpriced vehicle. Totally out of touch with how to treat a customer… Don’t by a car from someone that doesn’t appreciate your business ?♂️

I do not like the fact that they make you sign a waiver to take responsibility for any issue that may occur during a test drive making you liable for anything that goes wrong. I.e. if the vehicle does fail, durring your first test drive you are responsible for repairs...this is the only place I have encountered this waiver.

Not used to a indoor dealership, but Ajay and Sheila made our experience non-pressured, pleasant and professional atmosphere while deciding on choosing between 2 vehicles. Sheila did her best to inform us on the vehicles and Ajay accommodated us as BEST that he could.
Do your research on the vehicles and give Ariana Motors a visit. Give them a try ?

DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!
My purchase from Ariana motors has been a nightmare from the start. When I initially bought my jeep wrangler the drive shaft to the rear differential snapped on the freeway. I had to fight ti get that fixed with them but they have a strict "you buy it as it policy"
Now a few months into driving this jeep I finally decided to get the transmission checked as when I try to accelerate past 50mph the transmission gets stuck and doesn't want to shift gears unless I let my foot off the gas and allow it to come down a gear. My mechanic said a new transmission will cost 4k with labor and everything. I should have known not to trust this used dealership from the start. Im only a few months into this purchase and greatly regret ever coming to Ariana Motors.

My Wife and I procured a Lexus 450H and had a very pleasant experience from vehicle test derive to procurement which took a week as i wanted to shop for the best rates.AJ and the team were kind and patient and helped procure the vehicle. I appreciate their kindness and patience. For us it was big a purchase and they understood and were empathetic.I have had the vehicle for 1 year and has been splendid.
