Truck damaged my property on two separate occasions during deliveries months ago. Horrible customer service experience with no call backs and being transferred through endless customer service people who didn’t understand my issue. Finally got someone out to assess (they actually said, so what do you want me to do about it?) and they took photos and left and haven’t heard anything since. Months have passed, they clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction and if you have an issue with delivery just know you are on your own.

The tech showed up on the scheduled time, was friendly, and very informative. He answered all my questions and concerns. Provided info and receipt for our delivery. Great job!

You charged me more than $30 on additional fees on top of the propane, and I do understand what the additional fees were for. Also, your delivery person did not leave a receipt.

Your gas prices are so high, i couldn’t believe it cost me over $900 to fill my tank. I will be looking for another provider before my next fill.

Amerigas was timely in their delivery. It has been very cold so I knew I didn’t need to worry about the propane when I saw that they had filled our tank.

I don't know what happened to this company but whatever outsourcing call center they use is absolutely horrible. Finally after weeks of trying to get someone to schedule a delivery, their phone system for payments kept sending me to a different customer service rep before I had a chance to finish entering my payment information. What should have been a 20 minute phone call two months ago turned into weeks of frustration and anger. What happened to the office in Temecula that I could call and talk to? Instead I get sent to some call center that I can hear everyone in the background but barely the person on the phone. At the end of any interaction or transfer they send you to a survey that disconnects you even if you were on hold. I don't know who decided to outsource the customer service department but they should be fired for their incompetence. Do not use AmeriGas, you are not a valued customer, they do not care about your business. I don't know how a company that has outsourced everything except the underpaid delivery drivers can use American in its name. It would be worth switching to another home or business propane service if you can afford it. World Famous Propane actually has an office here in the area you can talk to and are they are very friendly. As soon as my tax return is in I will be switching to them

I am still trying to get my new propane tank. I have called four times, talk to the Philippines, wherein they say someone will call, but no one calls. I hate that I can't talk to someone in Temecula, CA where I live. It is so frustrating! I can't cook without my new tank.
