My sister purchased a recliner from this business for our 97 year old father. A week after it was delivered he passed away. We asked to return the unused chair and were declined. Not only did we say that we would bring it back ourselves, but offered to pay a re-stocking charge as well. So much for customer service and compassion. We tried to give business to a locally operated store and that's what we got. Is this the kind of place you want to deal with? I think not!

They sold me a broken mattress. I sent receipts and photos and no call back or messages. He is rude, dishonest and unprofessional business owner. Would never go back or refer anyone here.

Please be warned--items delayed by months, and then if you go to cancel, they won't return your money (and good luck calling-100 plus minute wait, and then it always disconnects once you get close to end of wait time). you can email, but all you'll get is "we are looking into this". This is definitely a scam.

Purchased a sectional (08/07/2022 at American Wholesale Furniture in Temecula, CA) and at home noted that a few of the cushions were "sagging". Unfortunately since the furniture is "out on display" - it seems that's bound to happen; HOWEVER, if s/o is paying over $1K for said item - the company should be able to rectify this issue.SO - both my husband and i contacted the store and spk w/Julie (store rep/manager?) to inform her of same and we provided pictures as she requested. We were told that she would need to contact the "sales/product rep" re same and w/provide us w/an update.We did not hear back so we attempted another follow-up to check on the status - and we were told that she was also having trouble with contacting the sales rep - but was able to finally receive a reply in which Julie stated the sales rep will be in town in 2 weeks and w/have this issue resolved.Well, fast fwd to the 2 weeks - and still no resolution. So hopefully by posting this review we will get somewhere.If not - looks like we'll be making future purchases elsewhere.

I was looking for a mattress one day, we walked in and the smell was really bad,the mattresses look used, I was testing out a mattress and the lady said "can you please not climb on that", like I was feeling a mattress! I do not recommend this place.

Went in to purchase a twin mattress and bunky board. 2 people working didn't even acknowledge us until we walked all the way to the front. Told the gal what we needed and she asked if we looked around...no we just told you what we were looking for. No customer service skills what's so ever. If you want the sale try a bit harder to actually walk out from behind your desk and show us something. We've purchased from this place a few years ago and the gentlemen working were always nice and friendly.

Went into the store to purchase a bed, mattress and box spring set. Later in the day they called me saying that they charged me the wrong amount and that the day of delivery they would charge me the difference that was owed for the mistake they she had made. I had the invoice signed with the price they gave me and come to find out when I’m setting up delivery I have to pay more because they were the ones with the mistake.

Walked in, there was a guy working on something near the entrance but ignored us. Not even a hello or smile, no other employee in site. Came in looking for a new furniture piece for my sons room, not to many options for bunk beds had about 4 on display.

This store sold us a new mattress and box springs. She told us she would get her new shipment in on Tuesday. She called my husband today and told him the mattress came in and tachometer pick it up. Never once did she tell us it was a used set that had only gotten a new cover! We never would have purchased this set knowing this! This store is a total rip-off. Stay away from this store. 8t doesn't deserve even 1 star!

We stopped in today. There was one really kind gentleman that said hello that was out near the parking lot. When we walked in a lady was at her desk playing on her phone and then yelling at another man about items not being forwarded by the post office. I had a couple of questions on something I wanted to purchase but when I approached the desk the lady rolled her eyes at me and said "What?" I turned around and left. The guy she had been yelling at walked past me and didn't even say hello. It was so rude and weird we wanted to leave. The man we had seen out front was near the entrance and bedroom sets and was still kind asking if we needed anything. The other two just ruined it and should not be in customer service. We went elsewhere and made a purchase. I hope they figured out their items and the post office as it seemed to really bother this woman where she had to take it out on us.

Avoid like the plague! This morons charged my credit card for furniture they NEVER had in stock! Then, they had the audacity to say it would take 20 days to refund my money. What scum. Don't shop here under any circumstances.
