Propane was scheduled (auto) to come be filled, driver claimed the truck he has was empty and someone would come by to fill it up completely in a week a so. Come Super Bowl Sunday i go to cook my 5 year old son breakfast and I’m all out of propane. I’ve been a customer since 2018 and i was told by Dave “no i will not help you” and then hung up on me. I’ve never been treated like this by any company, and due to Dave I will be changing my propane company come Monday morning. Their employee DAVE (who refused to give me any other way of identifying him as an employee other than his first name) has in fact costs this company a loyal customer. I will no longer refer this company to my clients and new neighbors.

Dave has horrible customer service. If you reach him on an after hours call he does not want to do the service call so he will not help. He told us we should have paid more attention to the level and that he does not want to help. We are currently looking a different propane company. Very disappointed of Alliance propane.

Working with this company was an absolute pleasure. Marty's responsiveness was exceptional, and he quickly arranged our scheduling. Marty is one of the most pleasant individuals we've had the pleasure of meeting. As newcomers to our neighborhood, and having just moved into our new home, it's always a bit nerve-wracking to find reliable service providers. Since this is our first home, we had limited knowledge about what to expect during the setup process.However, The Alliance Team exceeded our expectations by ensuring that everything was in perfect working order so we could fully utilize our appliances. They not only completed the job but also took the time to educate us about the process, going the extra mile to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction. Follow up was great as well! They are our go-to and they should be yours too!

This company is amazing. SUPER responsive. Everyone I have dealt with there is amazing. Anne is great, customer service is great. Even rhetorical delivery drivers are great (wish I could remember their names). I called 5 propane companies and not only was Alliance the quickest but they keepFollowing up. One of the companies I called followed 10 days later. You won't regret using this company is you need propane

Alliance has great customer service. When calling, you always get a friendly representative on the line. Also, delivery service is always prompt and delivered on the date promised.

THANK YOU Alliance Propane for great customer service. Two great guys showed up yesterday. One tightened a leaky gauge at no charge and the other toped off my 500 gal. tank. I was a new customer with AMERIGAS for less then two weeks with 6 missed appointments and every crybaby excuse in the books. I would never call AMERIGAS even if they were giving the fuel away they are a bunch of liers and fools. Alliance Propane THANK YOU GREAT JOB!

I had to fill the propane tank on my mother's property since we are selling it. We had an inspection that we didnt think we would make the deadline but Juanita and Steve both figured it out and made it happen!!! Thank you so so much!!!

I have had Alliance Propane service for well over 10 years, have always been satisfied with their service. Recently, with the very cold weather, we were close to running out of propane , if you run out it’s a very expensive process to have your tank refilled, called to have a delivery moved up, by doing so they charged an additional $150 “off route fee”. I can understand charging a reasonable fee, but a $150 is predatory and nothing short of gouging, disappointed to learn this is how they treat long term customers.

We just switched to Alliance Propane, Inc. I highly recommend this company. Quick, fast service even when we had some issues on New Year’s Day. Knowledgeable and takes time to assure all questions are answered.

My husband and I just purchased a home and come to find out, the propane tank had cracks in it so we ran out of propane. I called alliance and they gave me very helpful information over the phone and were able to deliver a new tank quickly, much faster than other companies would've been able to. Their pricing is fair and their employees are friendly and helpful. The install only took about 45 minutes and the gentlemen that were here were very thorough. I'm glad I went with alliance.

Bought home there tank was on it told them to get there property off my property since I have no agreement with them and they threatened to call the cops. Alliance propane and all other propane companies are a joke. Hey if their is nothing in escrow docs or they don't come to me with an agreement then their property is illegally left on my land plain and simple. These people are dumbasses.
