My window was replaced properly, but the service agent only vacuumed up a small amount of the glass inside my car. I had to vacuum up a large portion of glass even though I was promised the broken glass would be taken care of.Service: Auto side window replacement

How can you review a business that 1) doesn't pick up their phone, 2) gives you a quote and says they'll call back with a time and then 3) you have to call back for schedule and they tell you they don't come to your house until it's convenient for them. They state they service my area... but perhaps they shouldn't. WASTE OF TIME. Plus the quote was outrageous.

The only reason this is getting 3 stars is because of their customer service. I would give it 1 star for their performance. I came from 20 miles away because this was who my insurance went through to fix a crack in my windshield. I made sure they knew I needed a special windshield for my car, as it has the lane assist feature. They told me it would be an hour and a half so I ubered to the mall. I tried calling their number an hour and a half later and they didn't pick up so I left a message asking for an update. I stopped at a restaurant to have a beer and watch the game. Another hour later, I called them again and they told me it was ready but they couldn't get my windshield recalibrated. I show up and the lady explains to me that they basically cheap-out and get the after market windshields & sometimes they don't calibrate on cars that have the lane assist, so I would have to come back on another day to have a new one put in. They also didn't put on new windshield wipers like I had ordered. After almost 4 hours of waiting, I got in my car and drove home. They called me 3 days later to schedule an appointment for a week later. I made my way out there again and the manager was there to help me. He was very nice and asked to take a look at the car before he took the windshield off, to make sure there's nothing they missed last time... he came back 6 minutes later and said everything was fine and it calibrated; he explained to me that the mechanic that worked on it the first time, DIDN'T PLUG THE CAMERA IN. All the manager did was plug it in and it was fine.... Lane assist and everything was working. He handed me my keys back and I was shocked. Not only did I drive 80 miles in total, but if he triple checked his work the first time, I would've have had to come back! The store manager was super nice and offered to do the windshield wipers free of charge for me, but at that point I just wanted to leave. Like I said, the only reason they're getting 3 stars is because they were nice. But a simple mistake that wastes somebody's time and money, will get you a bad review. Next time I get a crack in my windshield, I'd rather just sell my car than to go to these guys again.

Ridiculous service, Man in front of office was to lazy to check me in 1 hour early because he was "on lunch" Why are you sitting in the front office working on your computer and attending me if your at lunch and can't help? He then offered to reschedule me, but I asked.x how can you reschedule me if your "on lunch" he then referred me to his co worker to reschedule me, it was frustrating and contradicting, why didn't she check me in? Either way, took my $1000 Job to another shop, this site needs supervision

I visited early last year (2021) for a windshield replacement, I wanted to wait before writing a review to see how the work held up and give a fair assessment.The good - the glass has held up great, the quality and the install seems to be very well done. The person I scheduled with and talked to initially was extremely helpful and absolutely fantastic. The part number matched OEM and is perfect, the pricing was great as well.The bad - the installation day was a disaster, the technician was very unprofessional. Tech disconnected my dash cam, which I understand had to be done, but refused to reinstall it. Didn't seem like a big deal in that moment so I said whatever, but later found out my car was taken on a nearly 10 mile joyride to 'test drive it', and OnStar flagged several 'hard acceleration' and 'hard braking' events during that drive, now I know why it was left unplugged. The second I got in the car, it had multiple errors relating to lane guidance and camera sensors, turns out they never calibrated the lane keep assist camera. When I asked about this, they said they'll clear the error and calibrate it (which I had already paid $300 for). Long story short, they couldn't calibrate it and said it was broken, the tech tried to argue about what model of car I had, and then called the manager and said I was complaining (right in front of me). I had to fight with the corporate office for a refund on the calibration, I then took the car to a GM dealer that same day and it was calibrated no problem, it wasn't broken at all, the guy just had no idea what he was doing. Dealer only charged $240 for that service FYI.Overall, the parts and the work done were nice, but the tech was unprofessional and disrespectful. Lying about the lane keep camera being broken? I have a fairly niche car, if you don't know how to do it that's fine but you could at least be honest about it. And taking my car out on a joyride? Get outta here. Maybe I just got a bad tech, everyone else seemed great, but I won't take the chance of finding out.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I contacted Arvon O at All Star Glass at the recommendation of my wonderful Allstate agent, Katie. I didn't have comp insurance on my Camry and I was concerned over the cost of replacing my windshield. He was kind, helpful and arranged for the mobile service to come out. The woman tech who came out did a terrific job. The price was very reasonable, they came to my rural location and I would use them again. Highly recommend this company with capable people from the account manager on down. They've got it right.
