We went shopping for some goodies to take back to our hotel room and we found all the things we needed in stock. Of course we came to buy a couple of things then ended up with an arm full of stuff at decent prices.

The employees at this store are kind and helpful. I appreciate their patience with us. My son is autistic and can distract me and them lol! Also, they are patient with my lack of app skills. The app saves us a lot of $$. Shopping the weekly deals keeps the pantry stocked and really helps. Thankyou guys for always being so patient and kind. Joe in bakery always takes a minute to say hello to us when he sees us!

I'm only giving it a one star rating because a nice young lady with really nice makeup checked up on me twice when waiting to be assisted at the Western Union. I wouldn't have cared any-other day, but today I really needed my money to buy my long-awaited medication prescription before my pharmacy closed. I stopped by here as it is on my way from work or else I would've gone to my preferred Albertsons in Fallbrook. I waited for about 20 minutes, and the only person to check up on me was a nice young female employee. After waiting all that time, a manager finally assists me stating she doesn't have a code to access the Western Union database and she has to reset it. I'm not an inconsiderate person, I understand stuff like this happens, but this same manager was at the cash register while I was waiting for over 20 minutes. This Albertsons needs structure. Not cool.

Prices are a bit on the high side. There doesn't seem to be enough personnel or someone who may be around when you need to ask for help. Overall the staff is friendly. The meat counter offerings are not impressive. Also, wish they had better quality desserts.

I'm not sure why my review got deleted , but I still stand on the customer service here at the Starbucks . ... The Albertsons is usually okay , always stocked and quick. My only complaint is the Starbucks. Every single time I have gone in there , there is a girl named MELINA I believe always has a bad attitude. Last time I went in I had ordered a cake pop for my son & she just threw it on the counter & walked away. The other times she had corrected me in a snobby way to her other coworkers about the drink sizes when I said I wanted a small water , not remembering the sizes. & there has been many more occasions. She has very Poor and rude customer service .

We only shop here when we need a few items for something we last minute put on the dinner menu. The reason being is obvious, they (like most unionized grocery chains) lean towards the more expensive side. We won't use them for "major" grocery shopping for just that reason. However, this Albertsons is usually well stocked with whatever it is we need. The store is clean and the employees usually receptive and knowledgeable if you have a question, especially in the vegetable section. Occasionally they'll have some decent sales, but you have to have had to seen their flyer to know this. Overall, they're okay in my book and will utilize them from time to time in the future as well.

I'm honestly embarrassed to write this review. I went in to order a sandwich from the deli. Not only did it take 30 min... nothing was fresh. They used a salad bag from the produce section after trying to use wilted lettuce. The onions and tomatoes looked like they were sitting out for days. He wrapped my sandwich in a ball when it was all finished and gave it to me in a gallon ziplock bag. I was so embarrassed, and left it with the cashier

I don't really shop at Albertson's but when I do it is usually because they are having some sort of meat deal. I immensely enjoy consuming meat. Today I met Clint of the Meat Department and he was excellent! He graciously handled all my annoying meat requests. Really great customer service. 10/10 would recommend.

This is our go to Grocery store. They are typically 99% in stock with everything we use. Never had a bad experience at this location as the employees have always been helpful and nice.

When the pandemic began, our family began shopping at Albertson's because Albertson's created a safe place for our grocery shopping. We took advantage of the morning Senior hour. Appreciated the meticulously clean shopping carts. Always, all store employees were and are masked and social distancing practiced. Now that we are vaccinated (at Albertson's by the way! THANK YOU!!!), some of these concerns are not as critical as they were in the early days of COVID-19, but we have continued our daily shopping at this store due to the helpful, friendly employees. Today, for instance, my husband wanted to purchase two freshly baked sandwich buns. The single buns were sold out, so he asked Joe in the bakery department if there were going to be any fresh rolls coming out. Joe opened a very fresh package of 6 rolls, repackaged two of them for us, and repackaged the other 4 to sell as singles. Such fine customer service! We have also had numerous EXCELLENT customer service in the meat/fish department. Can't say enough good things about this store.

On Feb, 17 at approximately 7:30 I sent my daughter to pick up her little brother from his class. Albertsons is just a few doors down from his class and because of Covid we are required to pick up our kids behind the building at the back door. Keep in mind this is a shopping center so there are several businesses connected in one large building. My daughter was lost and couldn't find the correct back door so she decided to park and call me. She was parked further from the Albertsons and nowhere near the men. During her phone call she stated there were two men walking towards her and started taking pictures of her, her car and license plate. She was scared and had no idea why they were taking her picture. Meanwhile I am scared for her and worried. I told her to leave and go to the front of the building to pick up her brother. My daughter is scared and upset that these men now have pictures of her on their phone. As soon as I could I walked directly into Albertsons with my daughter to speak to the manager who's name is Nichole. The first person to come speak to me was Joe. Joe seemed nice until I told him of the incident and he immediately got really awkward and uncomfortable. I now realized that Joe was one of the men who took my daughters photos. My daughter recognized the man as well. Soon after Nichole came over, I briefly explained the situation to her and she acknowledge that she had been informed of the situation. She explained that they have thief's that exit through the emergency door. Although my daughter and I ended up driving back to exactly where she had been parked and she was nowhere near the emergency exit. Even if she were (which she clearly was not) that should not give this man the consent to take pictures of her or her information. She is a young girl by herself and completely harmless. Not only did they scare her but they have no right and no permission to be taking pictures of her. There are so many people who walk, drive by and park there, It is a public parking space with several back doors to businesses right next door. She was just parked in her car waiting for her brother. When you see a young girl why wouldn't you ask if they are okay , or lost and do they need help. It is already enough for a girl to grow up in a world where men can be threatening, girls are already afraid to step out of their cars by themselves at night and in no way should my daughter who is a minor take that kind of treatment. She was in no way a threat and with her doors lock she sure did feel threatened. To make matters worse Nichole covered for Joe, made up excuses and did not even apologize. I am extremely disgusted with this behavior and will never shop there again. I understand there are procedures they need to follow to ensure there will not be any stealing in their store but that procedure should not include having consent to take pictures of young girls especially when they have no complete understanding of the situation. I understand they are human and we all mistakes but Nichole and Joe didn't seem to have sympathy to even apologize about the situation. They should be completely ashamed of themselves. It's sad that this man was so scared of my young daughter that he had to go get another man just to stand, stare and take pictures of her.

The bakery department (even at 7:00am) has always been very pleasant to deal with. Especially Gail. I sometimes have morning meeting and need bagels. She'll bag up whatever I need, even if she's in the middle of something else. Great customer service!!!!

The employees that work there are not customer friendly at all the APP for the store never works and the employees at the register are completely clueless and I was told they are trained to be able to help customers with the app I will never shop there again NEVER (RUDE A** PEOPLE)
