If you need warranty repair DON'T CALL Action Appliance these guys are complete fools. These guys say they are a LG approved company, " they don't know the WARRANTY PROCESS with LG". They state that you need proof of purchase in order for LG to send the warrantied part or get reimbursement.. THIS IS NOT TRUE! I don't know anyone that keeps their receipt for 8 to 10 yrs...lol.. Not only did I get LG to provide a letter of authorization for the repair, I actually conferenced them in with the person on the phone from Action Appliance and LG themselves told these clowns that all they need is the serial number and a letter of Authorization, I don't know how much more confirmation you need...lol... Action Appliance were not only rude on the phone they canceled the repair and they stated that they will not do the work unless you have proof of purchase. Note: As long as your refrigerator is registered with LG that's all you need. I called another LG Approved Company "TIMS Fridge Repair" and guess what!!!! NO PROBLEM..

Staff here is extremely knowledgeable of the products they sell. I was exclusively looking for a speed queen tc5 and they hooked me up. They delivered the following day. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a speed queen as they are not sold at major retailers but rather at small local businesses like this one.

Extremely disappointed in this business that claims to take care of our community. No customer service skills, no communication skills, and to make matters worse the Manager by the name of Colby never tried to even ask what the problem was. On 11/04/23 Action Appliance at the request of LG came to my residence to inspect my fridge. Parts were needed so parts were ordered. Since we were without a fridge for 10 days I decided to call Action Appliance to check the status. I spoke someone that had no clue on what was going on and seemed to be bothered by my call so immediately she interrupted me and said ( you need to talk to the manager) without saying anything else she puts me on hold for a long period of time without anyone answering. I hung up and called again but this time the manager by the name of Colby answered, never asked how can help, never offered a solution, didn't even seem to care he only became argumentative when I asked why it was taking so long and why had no one had the courtesy of at least give me a call with tine frame. Overall my experience was really bad, I would never recommend this business to anyone and if the owner really cares he needs to retrain, teach and develop the employees for they are the 1st contact they customers have when they call. I'm also communicating with LG corp to ensure that they stop using small companies like this one that have very little concern for customers needs. Thank you Juan Fernando Arevalo

Dryer making loud squeaking noise. Washer had given up last week and had to replace it so was hoping repair would work on dryer. Searched Yelp And newspaper and after reading many reviews, and having had some bad luck with repairmen in the past Took a referral from son-in-law and called Action . They came on time same day. Personable, professional Repairman discovered problem quickly, didn't have proper part to replace and had to order it. Got dryer fixed good enough to use and said he would be back Friday. He came back on Friday, on time and fixed dryer. I would, without any reservation recommend this company to anyone Needing any appliance repair. Charges were reasonable and I will always call Action for any repair needs in the future. Thanks Action!

Excellent service my foot! We've used this company a few times. It's the only game in town. First few times they sent out this husband/wife team that was horrible and they tried to tell us that the issue with our washer was because we'd added a sock, a sock (which we had not) to our heavy duty washer and it threw the balance off and made the machine stop working. This time, they send Micheal out to diagnose a different issue. I explained what I had done already, according to some YouTube videos I watched concerning the electronics reset and pump filter cleaning. He went to work with the electronics, he then diagnosed the issue as the control board, that was last Friday. Friday morning after he left, I called the store to order the parts. Today is Monday, I called this morning to inquire about the parts ordered. I talked to Mike (not Micheal) who assured me that if I called, the parts would have been ordered either last Friday or Saturday but his system was down and could not see for sure, "but I'm sure they were. I'll call you back in 30 mins after the system is back up." That was 9:45a. I just called them again at 3:20p. Now a woman answers and she gets back on the line after putting me on hold for a few minutes and says, "they were ordered but there's a problem with one part on back order." When was anyone from this company going to call us to follow through with the work order we called them for? I hate that there is no other repair company around to use. You may have to use this company but be advised that you had better stay on top of them because their customer service has a lot to be desired.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. My husband contacted this horrible company to repair our dryer. They charge your credit card $99 immediately, even before they do anything. Once the "repair man" comes out to diagnose the problem, you quickly realize that he has no parts in his small car. In order to order the parts, we agreed to a deposit at the price of the part. We were supposed to get a receipt/invoice via text which we never received. Upon checking our credit card online, we realized that he had charged the full amount quoted, including labor, etc. The girl at the office said that she couldn't get a hold of the tech, but that he wasn't supposed to charge the full amount. But, she said she couldn't refund the money. We cancelled the entire order at that time, but she still demanded the $99. What a rip off!! We are still waiting for a credit. We contacted our credit card to dispute the $650, though. Save yourself a lot of trouble and go somewhere else. Steve's Appliance has fixed it and actually had the part. No charges up front at all! Obviously, from all the complaints, we are not the only victims of this company.

This place rocks! The people that work here are awesome-- super knowledgeablenot pushy salesman. From start to finish we had a great experience. I made several trips to their store because purchasing a new Fridge is a big decision and (my husband and I are about the most indecisive people ever). They remembered us every time and were super patient and friendly. When we finally choose the perfect fridge they had it delivered to our house right away and their guys even installed it for us. The delivery guys were super awesome and went out of their way to remove our old fridge--- they had to help me move items to create a path to get it to my garage and were funny and nice the entire time. I totally recommend this business-- especially the delivery guys-- even our cat liked them! Ha!

Excellent service had no problem. Ordered a dryer timer for my GE dryer. It came in one day early received a call telling me that it was in. Stop by and picked it up and never had a problem. Thank you.

We have made several purchases at Action Appliance over the last 25 years. As our children grew up and got married, they have also made several purchases over the years. Items we've collectively purchased include refrigerators, microwave, washers, dryers, dishwashers and ovens. The quality, longevity and price have never disappointed. Last week we went in and spoke with Colby. Colby spoke with us for an extended period of time "educating" us on the types of new washing machines as compared with our needs. Our machine is now 16+ years old. We are debating whether or not to have it repaired. He is very knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. We had a lot of questions. Action is by far the most knowledgeable in the area. Over time we have conversed with several employees. We have always shopped around for knowledge, expertise and prices but Action can't be beat - even when compared to big box stores.

We bought 3 appliances from Lindsay. On short notice we had to move and purchase a washer dryer and fridge. She was honest and extremely knowledgeable. Walked us through the financing application and set us up with delivery. Upon delivery our fridge water dispenser didn't work, called her back and she got us a service tech to come a day or so later, and got it working. We will be using her when it comes time to upgrade our dishwasher, stove and microwave!
