For now this is my first impression of the “face” of the company Martin. He was extremely unprofessional and RUDE to me on the phone. He was very fractious and irritated talking to me in a demeaning abrasive manner as if I’m in-comprehensive. Shocked I asked if he’s an owner and he sighed loudly and said rudely YES ONE OF THEM. And I asked he he speaks to all his customers in such a tone and he never apologized. My family has provided them with multiple households of both neighbors and friends with business and I was recommended them too but that was a terrible first impression. If you’re so miserable at your job then find a new career because customer service is just not it for Martin.EDIT: Look at his response to me on Yelp. It speaks volumes. He again demeaned me!I guess I have to respond to review response again. I was not frustrated with you. You were extremely short with me and it just shows how unprofessional you are by writing our conversation on the Internet like this. I was very uncomfortable speaking with you I was not frustrated I was extremely uncomfortable because your tone with me was very unprofessional and abrasive as I already stated. That’s why I asked you if you always speak to your customers like this. My second call I called you back and I said I would like to cancel our appointment and nothing else to say to you. You said OK done so I said thank you and I hung up. I’m sorry you are sensitive but I really think you need to take some customer service lessons because I feel so uncomfortable with you and your abrasive personality.

This is absolutely the most ridiculous "WiFi" service EVER!!! I have numerous emails about outages due to "someone touched a wire on the tower" to we need experienced techs who can fix other issues. I'm super pissed because I was told this is my only option in my community. I can't afford cable so I do streaming services. I am on a VERY limited income & trying to feed, cloth, & provide a good home for my daughter & my 3 granddaughters. This is by far the most unprofessional company

We have been forced to receive this service since we live in a community that doesn't allow other providers. In my opinion this is probably how they get customers because no one that needs decent wifi would continue with this company. Service always seems to turn off on random days AFTER service hours so you can't even talk to someone about it until the next day. Work from home? Don't get this service, completely unreliable. Play games online? Forget about it, not possible. Like to watch live streams? You would be lucky if you got to watch in 160p. The service is down right now as I type this, it's 10:07pm and there is no one to call because they're closed. It's just extremely frustrating to pay monthly for something that doesn't work how it's advertised. Skip this company, go to one of the big dogs. Trust.**responding to Martin below**I'd like to start by saying that this is my REAL name that's so crazy to accuse someone of using a fake name when you have absolutely no idea lol. I wasn't aware the only name on the account had to leave the review and not the other people experiencing the service in the house. Believe it or not I only have 1 review because it is very rare for me to review a service or company as it takes A LOT to upset me. Your company is the rare occurrence since you were wondering.

Have had Accel Wireless for 5 years and service goes occasionally, but is excepted but not for longer than a few hours. If is far better than anything that you can get in wine country and is a good price for the speeds. Kids game and can still stream movies. They answer trouble tickets in a acceptable time.

Horrible service. Every time there's average wind, service is horribly slow. When it rains, forget about service. Even when weather is normal , we get nowhere close to normal speeds and we have the most expensive residential service. Starklink is now offering service to Temecula Wine country which I highly recommend.

Oh here we go again. It suppose to rain in Temecula for the next week and it's been raining for a few hours. No service. I do not recommend this business.

Just signed up with Accel last month in the Wildomar area, speeds are 80x20 Frontier was much much slower, Spectrum does not service us here so our choices were limited. Would have given 5 start review but the tech forgot a router and had to go back to the office to get one so it delayed our install and took about 30 min longer. They were apologetic and quickly got things squared away. My kids and wife are much happier. I would refer them to anyone who asks. The dish was smaller then I had envisioned.

Frontier can not compete with these guys out in wine country. We use them for our home and business needs. We had 1-2 megs max with Frontier then we tried Hughes net, talk about a joke of service with them! Then we found Accel, now we have pretty consistent 50x20 speeds and unlimited data. We can stream, game and do all the things we should be ale to do with fast internet.

We have had service with Accel going on 8 years now. There have been some ups and downs thru the years but they have always been responsive to issues as they arise. They communicate with their customers letting us know whats going on if there is some sort of issue. I highly recommend giving them the opportunity to provide service to you for internet and phone. Thank Accel team

They have no customer support services. Internet is not working even after resetting everything multiple times. They do not call back

Not sure how we survived before using Accel Wireless! The only Internet service worth using in Temecula Wine Country. Reasonable pricing and friendly customer service FAR outweigh the rare outage.
