Me and my husband love our Acacias! They are seriously the most comfortable shoes and are the only pickleball shoes that don't hurt my husband's feet. Between us we have three pairs - pink Dinkshot, blue Proshot and orange Signature Editions. I love to match mine with my outfits, so I only wish that they made them in even more colors. Would love to see a purple or a teal blue!

I used the refund process on the website. I did not get a reply. I sent pictures. We have three pairs of mens pickleball sneakers. Still no reply. they don't last. that's my complaint. they don't hold up for longer than three or four months but they're the only kind that fits my husband's feet. when he bought his first pair, I bought a pair too. in my sneakers the glue did not hold even for just a few weeks. I don't play pickle ball in these because they were not comfortable but they're good for walking around shoes but glue is the problem. For his sneakers, the rubber sole does not hold up longer than three months, playing pickle ball.

I purchased a pair of Proshot shoes and absolutely love them! The fit and performance are superior to any shoe I've owned. They did, however, develop a problem with the seal between the sole and body of the shoe. I only wore them 5-6 times, so I emailed them pictures of the problem. In less than 24-hrs from that email, an Acacia rep, Leila, called me back! She apologized and offered to send me a new pair, a complimentary pair of socks, and a tube of shoe glue to fix my existing pair! How cool is that???!!! I couldn't be happier!

My wife purchased a pair of Acacia Dinkshot II pickleball shoes online and the size was too small. We tried 5 emails as well as calling over 10 times. No reply to the emails and no reply's to the voice messages left. Purchased the correct size shoe from another retailer. Beware of making online purchases from Acacia.

Have purchased 2 pair of Acacia Pro Shot shoes. I like the roominess of the shoe and wide toe box as I wear insoles to alleviate plantar faciitis. Unfortunately, in my opinion the soles wear very quickly and in the case of my 2nd pair, sides near the toe box tore open after approximately 6 weeks of use. Not what I'd expect at the price point of this footwear.
