Excellent service especially with expediting DMV registration tags. Avoid the long lines at the DMV and walk into this branch for prompt, efficient help. FYI, the earlier, the better!

A bunch of sass and attitude from practically everyone, except the men. Johanna M. Villarreal tries to illegally practice law as a notary. She illegally steers, directs, and tells people "HOW" to sign "IN WHAT COLOR to sign," and she has a funky attitude. She cuts you off in a rude and arrogant fashion, while she's at work, and they forcefully makes commands on how you need to sign YOUR documents YOU BRING IN. She staples and ruins your papers without asking..... She is horrible. Her supervisor "Malgorzata" condones her actions and also has the same funky attitude. This place is like a pool of women that ALL have attitude, except like 2 people... Been a member for 18 years, and this AAA is garbage.Johanna M. Villarreal will REFUSE to provide you with her name when asked, and isn't smart enough to act professionally. Her name is on her stamp, but for some reason she would rather act unprofessionally and illegally.She is a "PUBLIC" notary that disrespects the public, violates law, and doesn't know civil procedure 1189, or GOV TITLE 2 - GOVERNMENT OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DIVISION 1 - GENERAL CHAPTER 3 - Notaries Public Section 8202.....

My family been going at the Temecula location for years , I definitely recommend going to Trey brown and Brain McClean . Honestly the most kindness and patience sales agents . Good coverage .

I used this office for the first time for notary services. I don't understand the prior reviews about poor professional courtesy or customer service. Everyone was very friendly from the check in counter to the Notary. Quick, efficient service with a smile. Can't ask for anything more than this. My only complaint is that it is impossible to reach any person by phone in the office to ask a question before driving in. This is the fault of AAA HQ and not the local office.

Normally every AAA office gets 5 stars, but the Temecula office is special in a bad way. The staff is uncommonly rude, the service I received when buying home insurance was terrible and the woman who provided DMV services to me definitely should be working for the actual DMV. The worst part is that I paid for this treatment. I did have a nice notary experience, but you don’t really save anything doing it here vs the UPS Store.Update! I went in this location again to apply for a personalized license plate. I was once again met with weirdness. When filling out the explanation portion I was told that I “didn’t have to write a novel.” I had spent 10 seconds writing the two airport codes I wanted. I didn’t know that was a “novel.” Then I was gleefully told that although the documentation says 4-6 weeks, it’s “gonna be more like 4-6 months.” Gleefully in that schadenfreude kind of way. Employee would be a great fit at the actual DMV. Like I said, the Temecula office is special in a bad way.

Awesome experience! After a horrible experience in the Murrieta location, I visited the Temecula AAA. I'm more than pleased. Super nice staff . Very attentive. No long waits. And they know how to do their jobs efficiently and correctly. Thank you all! Especially to Shannon in Travel who was extremely helpful and efficient.

Went in to get a 1 day pass for smog waited 30 minutes an watch 6 people come in after me get called ask clerk if I was on list she said one person in front of me its insurance people they where calling an notary the same people that do what I needed done they choose money over service because they wasn't going to make money off me this place is sad

5 stars service all around. From check in process to get what i need in total of 10 mimutes. The rep who helped me with my DMV registration even get us back $90 refund from DMV.

I contacted AAA worse experience ever. Not sure how I can speak to someone that will actually take care of my situation. I contacted AAA customer service line not this location but the roadside assistance number to have a dispatch send me a tow truck. The company that AAA sent me was a joke! They made my experience horrible, lied about services, bad customer service and refused me access to my car to get my personal items from the car. I had to contact the police department to come out and help me. This incident happened in Perris with wind 'n sea towing. Don't deal with these people they are the worse.

I love AAA but I don't like this branch. I sold my car and let my insurance policy end and despite telling many AAA agents, I still kept getting calls and e-mails asking me to come back. I got multiple e-mails from the Temecula branch again and I wrote back, "stop e-mailing me. 6 e-mails in 2 hours is ridiculous". Then Vincent Dinh ignored my request and said, "So do you want to get the policy started so you don’t get bombarded with calls and emails?". No Vincent. Ignoring my request isn't going to make me want to do business with you, or your branch, ever again. He is the only AAA agent that continued to e-mail me after I requested him not to and clearly not the brightest.

AAA is a joke and doesn't give a s*** about there clients. They deny help and come up with every excuse in the book to not help. I'm out of a car for 2 months due to them not accepting the fact I asked for rental coverage and I can't use the rental coverage I pay for because they forgot to add it to my policy.

I went to AAA for an international service needed. I was called in by a Shannon who would be handling my service. What was so incredibly interesting, not once did Shannon ever give me any eye contact, during Shannon asking questions she would give me any eye contact. I found her to be extremely rude and very disingenuous. in giving customer service. Not once did Shannon ever look at me through out the whole time I was there in her presence. As a loyal customer and huge on customer service Shannon has hit top on my list in giving the worst service I have ever experience. Shannon must really hate her job. Very horrible at her job! I love AAA, never expected this type of horrible service
