2 years ago I took a L and completely forgot what write a review about it. I had my Titan lifted at their Riverside location (I don't off road, truck was just for looks, city truck). 3 months later I lost a tire on the freeway. I took it back and they repaired it. 4 months later I lost another tire leaving the Grand Canyon. I had i towed and they repaired it. Of course I had to pay for parts that were not under warranty. I live in Temecula and I started feeling the truck act up so i took it to their Temecula location and they repaired it. 2 months later it started to act up so i took it to a different shop where they informed me I had broken motor mounts. Since then my truck has ran like a champ. What my mechanic discovered was that i was charged by 4 wheel parts for a part that was still under warrantee which also means I was double charged for the labor $$. I went to speak with their manager asked me why it took me 2months to let them know. He stated he would call me back. I never got a call back so I went in again and he informed me that they couldn't find me in the system. They treated me like if I was lying but I have no reason to lie. Their lift put my family in danger and it cost me thousands of dollars. I just gave up and took the L but I would like to leave a review and share my experience with them.

Pretty sure this location is the worst. I got my Tacoma re geared at the salt lake location, everything was smooth for 3000 miles… than I take a roadtrip to San Diego and about 30 minutes north of Vegas the rear end started to make a howling noise. I stopped to check it out in Vegas and noticed the diff was leaking oil so I made an appointment in Temecula to get it looked at and the gasket/seal fixed, dropped it off and called me back mid day the next day (freaky fast) saying everything was fine, went to pick it up and charged for servicing both diffs when nothing was done. Now that I’m home it’s at 4wp in salt lake and they definitely told me there’s a problem with the gearing and whatever parts/work needs to get done will be covered under the extended warranty I purchased with the install. Temecula you got some bad juju.

Can't understand a low rating, these guys certainly squared me away. I a real tight spot having to drive cross country, they got the parts and got me all set up. I'm very grateful. Funny thing I had no idea shocks would be that tough to get with a lift kit. Certainly wasn't easy either they were on the phone for well over an hour finding my parts.

Shout out to Chad for awesome customer service with the issues I have been having with getting my tundra aligned. The team at this location seem to go above and beyond to help with answering questions and also give me the best route to go to fix my issues. Always much appreciated.

Went above and beyond helping me out with my truck. Had previously taking it in to Ford for an alignment and it was still pulling to the right, they blamed it on my tires not being balanced. Took it in to 4 Wheel Parts they got her aligned and fixed my retractable running boards. So extremely helpful and awesome customer service.

Amazing and highly recommend this company. Customer service was top notch. Went above and beyond and here’s how: while driving my highlander the Spray bar stabilizer link for a highlander torque lift kit broke. After calling the dealership they referred us to them as they installed it. The employees emailed the manufacturer of the part aright away. The manufacturer mailed the new part to them and they called once it came in. Didn’t charge for the part as it was a defect and even went ahead and installed it for us for free. They were friendly and professional. Will be back to them when I need to buy anything for my truck. Again highly Recommend them For your car parts!
