Guy didn’t check what iPhone I had before he charged my card. Realized after they didn’t have part needed for my phone. Shouldn’t you check that before I pay? Now to refund which takes 5-7 business days instead of voiding the sale which happens at midnight. Nice guy but incompetent. I have always had great service at this store but not today.

Shyanna took care of all of my problems with my new and old phone... i worked a 12 hour shift before I came into this store and I left HAPPY. Enough said. 10/10 will go back to this store for anything that I need.

Doing phone stuff is always somewhat like a dentist’s visit but… this went well! Ramon was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and fast.

5 star customer service received with a smile!
Ramon is the man and was the hero to my very frustrating phone upgrading experience. He has my return business locked in!! I would rather pass on a better deal over the phone to receive such amazing care in person.

My daughter needed to switch from our account to her own. It took a while to do everything we needed to do. Jimmy was amazing, great customer service. He was the only one working and it was slightly busy. He was patient, and very personable. He was juggling all of us and never once seemed stressed. Located in the Albertsons, shopping center on Tucker Road 2/29/24

Do yourself a favor and call Verizon or go to a corporate store. This place wasted my time and did not hold up on their guarantees. I spent several hours in store and on the phone, I estimate about 20 hours. I Finally drove to a corporate store in Bakersfield and my concerns and their mistakes were fixed in minutes.

I went into this store on Dec 16th to upgrade my iPhone and was offered a free Apple watch as part of a promotion (not a real promotion according to Verizon). I was upsold some accessories and told they were 30% off as another promotion. No discount was applied, and I was not provided with a bill of sale or receipt. Jimmy L also added protection plans to my devices without my permission. I was charged some kind of setup fee but the devices were not set up. The watch doesn't even work. I am trying to talk to a manager for a resolution - no luck so far. I was cheated by this store. - Victra reached out to me and credited the excessive charges to my account. I still would not visit this store again.
