“I can't say enough positive things about Pro Tech, the staff and service. I have a home in Tehachapi and my shop and other home is in Northern California. Without fail, my van develops a small and annoying problem when I am here a couple of times a year. This time, it was the high pressure power steering line. Two other shops couldn't be bothered to even look at it so I had been told it was the steering box. I swung by to have it looked at Pro Tech and the owner told looked at the van and told me it wasn't the steering box or its seals but the high pressure power steering line. He told me to get the line and make an appointment, which I did and when the line came in to the auto parts store, I made an appointment. I dropped the van off with the line, got a ride from staff to my home and quickly the line installed, an hour labor and my van back in order. 5 stars all around for the experience.
