I highly recommend Tiffany Designs. Tiffany has been my hair stylist for many years. I am always satisfied with her service. Her prices are reasonable too. She has been a stylist in Tehachapi for decades. I recommend her to my friends and they have become regulars. I will not go to anyone else.

I've been going to Tiffany's Designs for about 6 years. At every appointment, I walk in melancholy and I walk out with great happiness and I feel younger and more handsome than before.
Though Tiffany does not cut much of my hair, when I leave, I feel lighter, as if I am walking on air.
I am in my seventies, and when Tiffany evens out my Grey, I feel even younger; I tease her and say, "Tiffany, please, if you keep making me look younger and younger, I won't be able to stave off all the women; you are turning me into a lady- magnet.
WHEW. It's exhausting. And, yet fun," and we both laugh. It's true.
Oh well, you just have to believe me when I said, "Tiffany, what's happening? Have you finally made me too young? Now all I can say....is ... is, "Goo. . .. Goo goo gaw gaw." Please, no younger, please; I refuse to wear diapers; no younger, please!?
Tiffany is the greatest stylist and so kind, and the best I have ever gone to.

I've had the pleasure of being a client of Tiffany for a couple of years now. I just love her personality. Very friendly and she always does an awesome job on my hair! She definitely deserves a 5 star rating!

I love going to her for my hair. Reasonable prices and she does a great job. Very friendly. I got my hair done my anniversary a few months back. When I came in for a trim she still remembered how I liked my hair cut and styled.

I had an appointment scheduled for 915. Salon opens at 9. I arrive at 9 and the salon is closed. I called and left a message and text and received no call back. I waited until about 925 and left. I am very disappointed.

I recently moved to the area and was hoping to find a good place, she took me as a walk in even though she had a client, The service was great and professional, and a pleasant experience, this also was a good value because prices are very fair compared to other places close by..

I walked out after she thought it appropriate to take a brush to the crown of my head of curly hair and rip it through to the ends. She blamed it on me having a tender head but that is not true, my head hurts because she ripped out my hair.

It was ok, I was expecting she will blow dry my hair after the haircut since it was wet from the water she sprayed on to my hair. I walked out with my hair wet.Service: Haircut
