We always such great service at The Tire Store! Their employees are so helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. I have sent numerous people to them & I know that they will receive Amazing service everytime! I am self employed & take all my work vehicles, trailers, personal vehicles & my Mother in law's vehicle too! On a side note I wish I could find employees who work as hard & fast as these guys do!!

Definitely had to change my review from five stars to four. The short brown haired 20 somthing year old guy taking my payment could actually not give a lip that i even wrote it after I was trying to show him and tell him how I was really glad they had my tires... all he cared about is how I was paying with a preloaded card that didnt have my name on it. Its obviously mine, and he apsolutley still took my money. Attitude sucks. Definitely probably the worst experience Ive had there in at least 15 years... I'll just get my tires in mojave.
Im giving this post four stars, because this person definitely dosent reflect the out standing services I have recived for 15 years here at this shop.

I came to the shop with an issue. The men on duty were extremely rude and condescending. I had a legitimate concern, yet they decided to diminish my worries. I'm never going back again.

We roll up. They tell us to come back in an hour. We come back, and they let others in front of us...
Also, someone was smoking in the shop, which was really gross. The music wasn't appropriate, and the staff behavior wasn't professional at all.

TLDR: The Tire Store's employees are unprofessional and in sore need of customer service training. Also, double check your tires for proper inflation when you leave (they massively overinflated mine).
I bought a new set of tires for my pickup today. The service was fast and the tires seem well-balanced, however I do have many small and medium gripes that add up to a generally poor experience. I'll start with the biggest gripe and go down the list from there.
I obtained a quote from their website before coming to the store. The quote states "Present this email for special internet pricing." I showed the email to the employee when they came by with the bill when the workers were almost done with the install. He said that price doesn't include the "Road Hazard" warranty. Sooo, not special internet pricing at all, just no up-sale I guess? The quote also stated that the price included a disposal fee. I requested to keep my old tires so I wouldn't get charged with that fee. However, the price on the invoice remained unchanged. The employee I was speaking to said he had to go make a new invoice for the "internet price." When he returned he began to scold and lecture me about presenting the email when I arrive so he wouldn't have to remake the invoice in the future. However, none of the conversations I had, up until he showed up at the END of the process, had anything to do with the cost of the service. They SHOULD have talked with me about a quote for their service BEFORE they did any work which would prompt me to ask for the not-so-special internet pricing. Lecturing your clients is rarely a good business strategy.
The next gripe I have is that the tires were improperly inflated. I let the tires cool off for several hours at home before checking the tire pressure and found that all four tires were over-inflated -- some were 140% of the pressure recommended by my pickup's manufacturer! As a tire shop, they should know that improper inflation can be unsafe, causes excess and uneven wear, and reduces the life of the tires.
The third gripe I had is a general lack of professionalism. Several of the workers were smoking while they were working indoors around my vehicle while I was still at the wheel. I'm not a labor lawyer but I'm pretty sure this violates several labor laws. I was there about an hour after they opened and the workers already looked like they were getting off a long shift in a coal mine.

Discovered a tire issue on our toy hauler en route to the desert while at the Love’s in Tehachapi.
Tried Love’s who were no help but had the good fortune of getting ahold of the Tire Shop-
We ended up deciding to replace all 4 tires and they worked like a NASCAR pit crew getting them changed.
Very professional and thorough- prices also very competitive. Highly recommend and cannot thank them enough! Had a great trip from there on out. Great business- wish they were closer to home as I’d use them for all our tire needs.
