This rating is simply for the booking process alone. My pets have yet to stay here. I just called to book my two dogs and whoever answered the phone was RUDE from the very start. It was like I was the biggest inconvenience to her day. Everything she said had an attitude.
I’m hoping the actual boarding experience is better.

All the people that are here made my life so much easier I had back surgery I was unable to take of my dog ? baby......they stepped up Thank u so much.....would tell everyone they are the best!!!!! Wonderful staff thanks again!!!

Info is outdated updated hours are: M- S 9am- 4:30pm Pickup and drop-offs 9am- 4pm Sundays 11am- 4pm Pickup and drop-offs 11am- 3:30pm There are no longer live animals or fish supplies being sold here. They love dogs and are focused on their animal care.

The staff is always kind and we are very comfortable leaving Frankie and Cooper. Very clean and attentive to our puppers needs. Highly recommend.

Tehachapi Veterinary Hospital has always provided excellent care for our pets. I gave it 4 stars, because they do not provide emergency or after-hours care.

Staff was super friendly and helpful! We stopped here on our way home from adopting a dog at the animal shelter, in need of supplies. The staff was great and patient helped us find the right harness for our dog. We will definitely continue to visit for our pet supplies.

Unfortunately, our Rottie does not like being boarded.This Pet Lodge is not cheap but they do provide great care and are very friendly.I really enjoy how they don't mind if you call in from out of town to see how your doggie is doing. They will also call you if they have any concerns about your animal or your animal is ill.One area of improvement for them is, I would really like it if they had webcams in the kennels so you could see your doggie! It is especially helpful when you pick your dog up from boarding that they give you a full report.Recommended!
