Be careful, I emptied my storage uniton the 10th of May after I got caught up on my rent not knowing the management had charged me for the month of May, when I saw my receipt after the unit was empty I realized I had payed for May, so I called and asked if I could be refunded for the month of May since the unit was empty and they refused to give me any reimbursement not even a partial or pro-rated refund for an empty unit that they can now rent out and receive rent for the month from someone else.

I love the management here, they are super willing to work with you and the last thing they try to do is sell your stuff if you miss a few payments. A place that cares about their customers. 5 months behind on payments and we still worked things out. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

I have been storing here for 5 years and am please with this facicilty and mangagment. They have good prices and a convenient location. The only reason i did not give a 5 star review is that ever since Covid started the office is usually closed, so a phone call is needed to get help. However, I never have a problem getting someone on the phone when I need assistance of any kind.

Reasonable prices for different unit sizes, easy access. The office hours different from the gate hours and it's very convenient that they're open 7 days a week

Decent and less expensive storage in town. Not the cleanest place out and about the property, but units are clean.

If I could give no star I would. The owner is a complete j**** So incredibly rude. Only redeeming factor is older gentleman that works there on Friday and Saturday, super sweet. So I try only to deal with him.

Horrible customer service. Denied any restroom use due to the “thrashed†one available but not available, while he sits in front of a bathroom quoting we do not have public restrooms. Well there is a sign outside and your office is open. Why is it not being repaired or a sign stating there is no longer bathrooms? Now I have to have children guard a unit and truck just to make my way over to Burger King before I have an accident. Not worth your time or money.
