“I would give 5 stars, but the store location is terrible. It's situated in a overcrowded strip mall with only a few parking spaces, that are too small and too close together. There's never anywhere to park. Plus a full size pickup truck is difficult to fit in the spaces. Making matters worse, there is no rear entrance or loading dock, so the UPS trucks take up two spaces whenever they pick up or drop off loads. The staff are wonderful, however there is almost always a line of people out the door waiting to be served. UPS could much better serve the community if it moved The Tehachapi store into a different location (up the street) where there is more room inside the store, less congestion from other businessed, and more parking spaces that are larger in size, with the ability for UPS delivery vans to load and unload in the back of the store without impeding business flow of customers.”

“Do not have a phone listed to talk to a real person the number just rings the fax machine. So now I have to drive 25 minutes to see if they have my fax. Useless. With the new owners the service has vastly improved. I now recommend them the service is great. They have posted notary hours.”

“No problems, the counter people are fast, friendly. I often mail out over night envelopes, some weeks every day! I have a pretty good idea how this place works, early in morning not much a line if at all. mid day a line can go all way to the door. So, I try to go before the busy time, the online site has the graph showing busy times.The USPS is cheaper than FedEx, UPS, so why not get to know the nice people at the Tehachapi USPS?”
