The most INCONSISTENT pricing ever! The lady and her mother will hike up prices ridiculously. Went in one day and they wanted $12 for a pair of kids shorts, went in the next day and there was a very kind new worker who told me $2! This isn’t the first time their pricing has been inconsistent. Go to the guild! Much friendlier, pricing is always the same and you don’t deal with the horrible customer service

I just wanted to know why they're closed now. It says it's because of maintenance issues but now I read that it was because of state paperwork that needs to be done. Maybe it's maintaining state paperwork that hasn't been done? Just saying!?

Under investigation by the state of California. Non profit my a** nothing went back into the community it ended up in the hands of a lady and her mother who are overbearing, rude and insulting they took $$ from items bought from the store and lined their pockets with it. I never witnessed any one actually receiving any food, help with rent, help with bills rtc... they always referred you to a church or from Lheap a state run program that takes over 3 months to process sometimes. Everything that the store sold went back into the community!!?? It went to personal things that the mother and daughter team bought with it. Its a shame it went on for as long as it did. Currently it is closed and has been for months!

Some of the people here are absolute angels, and others couldn't care less about who walks through the door. Today, there was a homeless man in front of me buying some clothing. The woman with the short, dark hair gave him the total. He asked if a lesser amount was ok because that's what he had. She said no. Really? I understand that it's a business but have some compassion for people. I have been really blessed by some of the other people here. So it depends. You may be helped by someone wonderful or treated like dirt. The items are on par with most thrift stores. There are some good finds here & there.

It's a nice thrift store IF the right person is at the counter. For some reason the the older woman with glasses who works there sees me coming and wants to jack up the prices when I want something, and is rude about it too! I have never been rude or said a mean thing to her so I don't get where the attitude comes from, even my friend commented on it. I found an old book I liked and she forced it open and bent the spine looking through it when I brought it to the counter. I joked there was no money in it and she said "I just want to check" damaging it in the process. Books go for $1 -.50 cents, she charged me $5. I really liked it and paid anyway, but it left a very bad impression. I was there once before and got a back full of books for that price when I bought from the gentleman that works there. I wish the prices were clearly stated on things, it shouldn't be up to IF someone likes you as to what they will charge! The rest of the staff are nice, but if she's at the counter, just leave.

The woman who works there when the regular owners are away. An older woman with short dark grey hair has been very rude towards me and my mom when she asked about pricing and help with gas she spoke very loud and rude to my mom in front of my nephews she has also spoken rude to me when I asked about a food box, she yelled at my mom what is your name My mom said April Bockover then she yelled at her I remember your name and no not for year why do you have some one so hostile and unkind working at a place called Sharing and Caring

The best thrift store in town. Incredible prices and always new and changing inventory. Awesome owners. Favorite spot. As well as an amazing cause, these people actually help others in need without a doubt.

This place is lovely and ran by complete sweethearts. Good selection of books, dvds, crafts, and well organized for a thrift store. It isn't a normal brick and mortar location but a converted home and that's part of its charm!
