While i was waiting, I listened as Lee, the operator, left a message for someone else who dropped at the wrong location. Lee left a message with the guy trying to save him the $300 drop off fee. I thought he went beyond.”

“Absolutely love this storage facility, I've had a unit there for over 6 years, they have an excellent security system, everyone has their own gate code that is linked to their storage unit and if your unit is opened and your gate code wasn't entered it will set off the alarm! It's fabulous I feel my belongings are very safe there. Their rates are extremely reasonable, they have always been understanding if I'm late with my rent and they are very good about giving me a friendly courtesy call to remind me when my rent is due, 'cause hey life gets busy sometimes.”

“I recently started using Amber Oaks storage in November 2022. My overall experience with the facility has been pleasant. Most of my interaction has been with Christie and she is very friendly and pleasant to communicate with. This is not a large city, and recently I saw her at the grocery store during the holidays. She did not have to go out of her way and acknowledge my family and I but she did, and remembered our names. If I had any gripes about the facility itself, it would be the lack of climate control considering the extreme hot and frigid temperatures in this area. Otherwise, the facility is clean and well-kept and has security cameras everywhere.”

“Go on Wednesday for the chicken wings. The chicken tastes so good. I usually get the spicy wings with the Cajun sauce. Also a great place to watch the games. Alcohol variety is pretty numerous and if you want to grab a drink here I thoroughly recommend it.”
