I have only been here once so far, and it was before Thanksgiving last year. They were running a nice deal - spend so much money and you get a turkey super cheap. I have a bad experience with the employee went I was trying to paid he was rude and bad attitude helping seniors with technology is not what he said how he said it.

The store itself and the the staff are great. Trying to get them to answer a phone on the other hand takes an absolute act of God! If you have a customer service desk, maybe you should have some actual customer service? Just a thought!
