I don’t recommend. Family owned and operated. That’s a good thing until it isn’t. Had great service for a year or so until, as a paying mailbox rental customer, I requested that they cover an error by family member employee (she admitted that a $60 package of mine was given to another customer and then apparently lost). The owner begrudgingly covered the amount a week later and that should have been the end of it. During a very civil discussion about the employee error, I made the apparent mistake of informing the owner that I would not be renewing my mailbox in 3 months when my paid contract expired. Within a couple days, I found a note in my box with a $20 bill (not the $47 three months worth of rental) telling me my mailbox contract was now terminated (without cause), my box would be re-keyed in 10 days, and I would no longer have access to my mail. No time or notice given to change addresses with multiple people. Appears a vindictive and vengeful act to me. Never had a single negative contact prior to calling out the above error. Apparently you don’t call out employee (family) mistakes or you get retaliated against. Owner either forgot or doesn’t care that she is running a business and was very unprofessional. Filed a complaint with the Post Office Inspector Generals office. Suggest using one of the other two private mailbox companies in town or the post office itself.

Do not have a phone listed to talk to a real person the number just rings the fax machine. So now I have to drive 25 minutes to see if they have my fax. Useless. With the new owners the service has vastly improved. I now recommend them the service is great. They have posted notary hours.

They ate really nice and real headfull. They keep an eye on the delivers and keep am eye on who comes in to make sure you are getting your right packages. They even help you carry your packages to your car.

Under new ownership. Great experience! I desperately needed a mailbox that day for business. The young man who was still learning the procedures went above and beyond to help me out and got me exactly what I needed with kindness and respect.

I recently moved to the area and, knowing that postal delivery was problematic in the community I'm living in, I rented a box here in advance of my move.The business changed hands between the time I rented the box and actually started using it, (about June of 2022) so new owners were at the helm as soon as I moved here. Swallow and her family are the nicest people and doing all they can to make this little business hum. They are all super-friendly and always offer to help carry bigger parcels they are holding for me. The learning curve has had a few bumps as a new family settles into this business, but they have been very helpful in sorting things out and trying to make sure everything possible is done to help me. It's so convenient to get my mail and packages here (right behind McDonald's) and I hope that this business, with a somewhat checkered past, becomes super solid and successful for the new owners. I wish them the best and thank them for all their attention to my needs, and for their focus and bravery in taking on a small business in challenging times!

My package was returned to sender because the woman working put tape over the stamps. I remember her saying she knew the post office “didn’t like it” and doing it anyways. Now I’ve paid twice for postage and a fee.

This place went down hill. Years ago I've used this place for shipping and printing never had an issue, personal were always nice and place was nice and neat. This time, place looks unorganized, unclean, the man working there looked so annoyed he had customers. Was rude to an elderly woman just because she asked about the shipping package she was trying to purchase. 0 customer service.

Had package delivered and verified by USPS, owners did not have package for pickup. Owners are rude and not helpful at all. Had to file police report for mail theft.

Extremely rude! They do not know how to talk to people in a respectful way.. It's a husband and wife business and the wife told me, "IT'S OKAY TO YELL AT ME". That's not an acceptable behavior. In addition to that, there is no accountability for our packages. Everyone's packages are laid out for anyone to pick up. This is not the way to run a business.
