Horrible place. Smells terrible. Denied me and the door cause I had my kids with me. I'm a hard working mom with one day off and wanted to do something nice for myself. He said straight up no he won't service me since my kids are with me.

I have been going to perfect nails for about 4 years now. They have always done a great job on my nails and are so very nice. I have never been disappointed by there work or there ability to fit me in as a walk in or appointments. I highly recommend them.

Took my wife and daughter her to get their feet done arrived at 1045 am and was told they couldn't do it till 1200 noon. Returned at noon only to be told that only one at a time would be done. There are more than one chairs and mutable employees but would only do one person at a time because the other employee only does nails. This should have been mentioned up front before telling us to return at 1200. Do not waste your time or money here!!!!

Made an appointment for a pedicure and was seen and taken care of in a timely matter. Today, I’ve had that same gel pedicure 3 weeks and it still looks very good. Made an appointment for another. ?

Was really disappointed with my experience today, I had a break in my day and really wanted a great pedicure. There was no pricing posted, there was no pedicure packages with other options, I was given a very standard pedicure with no bells or whistles. The lady was very rough and made me bleed twice. She spoke rather good English when I saw her speaking to others but barely said 2 words to me and I was not a fan of her tapping and pushing to try to get me to do things instead of just saying what she wanted. They have one old fashioned dryer for the polish that is on a ticking timer and imagine my surprise when a large bug walked around it while my toes were drying. Health department should shut this place down. It was also miserably hot, there is no air conditioning and it was 93 outside. There's a large industrial fan that they were using when I arrived that really only blew around hot air and then half way through they turned it off and shut the door.

I have had some very good experiences getting pedicures at perfect nails and spa, so that is why this review has two stars instead of just one. Unfortunately, I will not be going back there anymore because of my most recent experience. I went in for a pedicure, but did not notice until later that the nail color did not match on both feet. The nails on one foot looked darker than the nails on the other foot. I thought that the pedicurist had probably just accidentally not given me an extra coat on the lighter nails. I went back in and asked if they could please give the toes with a lighter color another coat. They said they guarantee their service but not the product, and the nails that looks lighter were probably because I had been out in the sun too much. (I do take both feet with me, though, when I'm out in the sun!) They said they could do another coat on the nails that look lighter, but they could not guarantee that it would look the same as the foot with the darker nails, and they would also charge me for using more product. I was not willing to pay more, so I left and I will not be going back because I was disappointed with this customer service. I want to be able to count on quality customer service every time.

What a terrific misnomer because it wasn't. All I wanted was a very simple take-the-old-nail polish-off and a then a non-polish manicure. OMG, it turned into this discussion between the two attendants who were there! I have no idea what could have been the reason for such a lengthy discourse so I decided not to even bother. Literally, there are numerous nail salons within five minutes of that place. So I left. Come on, should it really take a discussion about a simple request?

This place really sucks. No customer service at all. I tried twice to be seen , the first time its by appointment. The second time the wait is 30 min than she looked at me and spoke at their native language, and asked me if my son is behaved and does not run away while i was holding him in arms. Then she talked again in her language than said we dont do callus remover and do i want gel or color and the prices. When it was different owners they where soooo good but now its just a waste of space. Its better to allow someone else that really want their business and make you feel welcomed , not a burden . Dont bother coming to this location at all..Plus no wonder its so empty...
