Definitely would not recommend this location. My taxes were no more complicated than last year, but I was billed far more this time around. It seemed that they were looking for any excuse to jack up my bill. For example, why would anyone print out all 100+ pages of the 1099 from Robinhood? Robinhood already did the heavy lifing and provided a summary of all relevant information for tax purposes on the first two pages. It was used at no point in our meeting other than to ask if I wanted to keep it. Why? I emailed it to H&R Block to begin with. And why did I have to go to Tehachapi to be able to deduct costs associated with remote work? Why are the tax preparers in California City not sufficiently competent to do this? Shouldn't this bit of expertise be fairly common by now among tax professionals?

The first time I went, I was pleased. However, we wondered upon returning, when two things completed everything, why the high rate. To us, given they have a program, they could insert two things for the service, yet charging over two hundred. Another friend explained over five hundred. Both of us have gone elsewhere. **I would have given a higher rating, but when I asked the question, we got no appreciation for our concerns, just that that is what they charge no questions asked sort of manner. Well, that was it for us. With all difficulties, economy and all, one would think consideration. **With a little looking, found two other places that charge much less, but have also been around quite awhile. Always research we say.
