“On a vacation get away to Tehachapi and needed a few things for our room, so we headed down to the chevron, which has the coolest market. Everything from food to house slippers and a neck pillow. Customer service was awesome. Shout out to Jackie. We had a good time talking to her. She was super friendly and helpful. This a cool spot for a small town.”
“Conveniently located off of the interstate. Easy to navigate parking lot as well as store. Lots of foot traffic here. Bathrooms were okay, especially considering the amount of people using them. Cashier was friendly and polite.

Windshield cleaner at each fueling island actually cleans better than other stations we have visited.”

“First off, it's got chevron gas! Plus restroom access. But it's got great looking fried chicken, but I got the corn dogs and deep fried burritos. Also other foods, but I was in a hurry, it was called Bobby Salazar's. Customer service was good, the food server handed me the food and the cashier handed me the mustard, I'm guessing because of covid-19. They looked really good, only issue, they weren't hot, just Luke warm, what a disappointment. Oh well, I got gas and bathroom break, and man, Tehachapi was windy and cold, I thought I was in Chicago!”

“Best gas prices in town.. sure there have been a few issues with pay at the pump card slots being tampered with (as well as other 24 hour gas stations here and everywhere) but its not their fault & they remedy it. The best time to get gas is the middle of the night, no waiting at all. But don't go at midnight because you won't be able to pay cash for anything, as they do shift change and the registers are down for a little while.. But otherwise, they have great candy & snack choices, gas prices and great employees! ?”
“KRISPY KRUNCHY CHICKEN at ValeroI just got the Buffalo and BBQ wings and have to say they were big, juicy on the inside and appropriately crispy outside.The flavor was nice with a tiger of spicy on the Buffalo style wing (I consider myself an expert and connoisseur on all things Buffalo Wings!), the BBQ style were sweet but no overly so. Tangy and delicious!The only downside was no Bleu Cheese dip to go with the wings as tradition dictates but it's early...All in all very good, 4 stars and hope they can earn the fifth star on my next visit!!!”
