They have sign that says, "walk ins welcome." Not true and were rude to me for not calling or having appointment. Went elsewhere (oriental foot therapy) and had a fabulous experience with a very welcoming staff that go above and beyond.

I rolled the dice on a brand new salon with leading some pretty extensive services, and was totally blown away! All the girls in the salon were so friendly and sweet, but Kim was the one who took on the task of doing my long, long hair! She was upfront with her pricing, and what she was able to do in that session she stuck to it and went above and beyond! We had great conversation and I don't think I've enjoyed my time so much at a salon in years. I've been searching for my hairstylist for so long, and didn't know that she was right down the street lol. if you can get into the salon, and they take walk-ins all the time, do yourself a favor and get a service. Such a sweet atmosphere, and they even have a shop puppy! Thank you cutLoose!

Took my wife to this salon and her experience was very positive. Great service and overall atmosphere was outstanding. Hair color/cut was above average and hairstylist Kim was a delight to work with.

I love the way Gina listened to me about my hair the first time I went. She is a super lady! I have gone 4 times now since February and have no reason to go anywhere else. I get compliments on my A line Bob cut. Love it!

Cut loose is great. It feels like home. Gina is amazing, she's been cutting my hair for years. Full service salon. Cut, color, keratin, nails, mani-pedi, eyebrows and more. Men, women and children. Prices reasonable. Love this place

It is a cute little shop girls are great my hair dresser is the best and I would recommend to all !! It is kinda out of the way but worth the trip because it's not that far and all the girls are great!!!
