Weird place, I purchased a weapon sight and was told I could get a discount on the display, the manager than said she found I non display. I get home and open it up...it's a display, I take it back and ask for the discount, THEY REFUSE. Spent my money elsewhere, nice job big 5.

I love the hours they are open and the helpful staff. I came in and was greeted by an employee, Ricky! I was looking for one specific thing and he walked me to correct section and asked questions to understand which product would be best for what I needed. I was purchasing a gift and I appreciated the selection and assistance. Ricky is a keeper.

I shop here all the time. The store is full of good quality items, and you can always find a deal, especially with a 10% off coupon, that you can get in your email. I bought a $75, 6000 lumens rechargeable flashlight, and when I got home with it, I was unable to charge it due to a damaged charger port. I returned to the store and spoke with Troy, the manager. Troy was so cool. He went right to the display and picked out a new one to replace my defective light. He opened the new light just to be certain that that it had a good charger port, and it was perfect. I had my receipt with me and offered to show it to him, and he said, "No worries" and said he was sorry that I had to drive all the way back to the store to exchange it. I have never had such a good experience returning something. This is how to treat people. This experience only solidified my commitment to being a loyal customer.

Meh, Cashier(the taller white kid) led me on to believe I could save 10% off on eliptical machines they don't carry in their excercise equipment inventory. Was able to pick up some free weights. Mocked my penmanship after having had a stroke. I was there trying to purchase excercise equipment to aid in my physical rehabilitation.

I would, in the past, have given this store 4-5 stars, however personnel seems in need of training: or changing. A friend says times are changing and customer service is becoming a thing of the past. For instance, when returning a defective shoe, they immediately returned the money (good), but appeared disgruntled, though we've been shopping here for years. Staff can instantly turn away from questions or discussions, as if you didn't exist. A friend says that's how things are turning. As far a product knowledge is concerned, I always check advice, often finding better information online. And, we believe, much of the products are sub-par, better to shop elsewhere for certain products.
