“I am very impressed with this business. I'd left a message and received a call back today. I was having trouble putting a belt on my Kenmore Elite upright. I took out the screws and couldn't open it up. Well, the gentleman asked me if it had the forward motion and it did. He said that model didn't have a belt so I should just put the screws back in and push the reset button and it worked. I vacuumed my whole house. Thank you so much for your help.”
