“I've lived in over 15 apartments in my life - The Orchard is one of the best.

Value: The Orchard is very affordable, especially these days - especially for a 2 bedroom with a small yard. It includes internet and cable as well.

Management: The management and maintenance are excellent. They are very kind, great communication, and will work with your unique situations if you have any. It was a *very* easy processes to move in. If anything ever needed to be fixed, maintenance would come quickly with a solution.

Location: A great location, close to everything and right off the freeway, I found this very convenient.

Safety: I lived here for about a year and a half - not once was there anything that made me feel unsafe for my wife or me.

Neighbors: In my experience, all my neighbors were wonderful - quiet and considerate always.

I'd highly recommend this apartment, especially if you're new to Tehachapi or just want a nice, affordable apartment to live in, run by great people.”

“We stayed in a furnished corporate rental at The Meadows for 6 months. It was a nice two bedroom apartment, in good condition, well maintained, comfortable, and well furnished, including a well supplied kitchen. The staff was very friendly and responsive to our questions and needs. Neighbors were friendly. No noise issues. We felt secure. Ample covered parking. Convenient to Tehachapi stores and restaurants. And some very tasty apples on the tree in front of our apartment! We would not hesitate to return here in the future and recommend it.”

“The staff here is always helpful. Pedro and TK always make time to come by and check out any problem we have in our apartment. Even when they are working on an other apartment one or both will quickly come by and check what the problem is. They are always so helpful.”

“Sierra Ridge is a great place to live. The owner keeps the property in pristine condition and more importantly, they have an outstanding team. Barbara, the property Manager is not only one of the nicest people I've met, but she is extremely diligent when needs arise. If managing properties was an Olympic sport, she would definitely take the gold medal. Mark, the Head of Maintenance is also an extremely dedicated and capable person. There was never a problem that he didn't fix in record time and always with a smile. I hope the owners understand how lucky they are, having Barbara and Mark representing them. The property is a great place to live and this is in big part due to Barbara's and Mark's dedication.”
