For years I’ve brought my vehicle here when I couldn’t do the work myself, and I’m picky. These guys are professional, hardworking, knowledgeable, and some of the nicest people you’re gonna meet. They are the epitome of what it means to be from Tehachapi. Kind, honest, good natured, hardworking, mountain folk!

Very unhappy with All Azz Automotive. Didn't honor my warranty on my transmission. Gave me the run around and wasn't honest with me.

0 star rating. I took my car here for an overheating problem. Had to call multiple times to get an update and waited almost 3 weeks. The same day I picked up my "fixed car" it overheated and the radiator hose came off on the way to work. I towed it back and they refused to pay for the repairs under their warranty. This company has no honesty and will not honor their warranty if they don't properly service your vehicle. Use at your own risk! I had another mechanic inspect my vehicle and found out it was a blown head gasket and needed an engine repair. I spent thousands of dollars for services for a car that doesn't even work. When I picked it up they lied that it was another issue and never said anything about the head gasket even after I asked them repeatedly if the vehicle needed a head gasket or engine repair.
Their warranty on every invoice clearly states: "Warranty on parts and labor is one years or 12,000 miles whichever comes first". I was only able to drive my car home down the street and then barely get on the Highway 58 before it broke down on the same day they "fixed it".

Had a problem with my truck that had me at my wits end. The team at All American Auto was able to diagnose and repair my issue. Geo was especially helpful and also did a great job rebuilding my front suspension. I'm pleased with the quality of work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend All American to any of my friends or family. :)

my friend brought his 2019 f-350 diesel pickup truck with 180k miles into all american in mid year 2022 for an exhaust system repair and was told the truck would need a new turbo, a new fuel tank, a new fuel pump, all new injectors, a rebuilt transmission, all new universals, all new hoses and belts and the new 6.7 ltr diesel engine would need a total rebuild, also!!!!as requested by all american, my friend paid for all these parts and rebuilds and new front bumper/winch assembly up front!!! yes, up front!!!all american said the truck would be done in two (2) weeks and ready by december 15, 2022!!! well, it is now june 26, 2023 - six (6) months over due!!!no rebuilt engine!!!no parts!!!no truck!!!no money!!!just stories and more stories from the all american owner!!!draw your own conclusions from this incredible situation!beware of this business!!!thank you and good luck!!!

10/10 for great customer service! Came here in a pinch as my splash shield was loose and needed it fixed immediate since I was traveling, and they took me in right away and got me out in about 20 minutes. Thank y'all so much again! :)

Amazing service, they went above and beyond my expectations and did everything they could to fix my issue. Definitely recommend very friendly staff, super helpful. Overall wonderful experience would recommend!!

Made themselves available at an early date. Dropped keys in slot at lunch hour, they called when done .Had alignment done. Car goes straight now. Thanks from me to the crew.
