Everytime I have been helped by Crystal G. at the Tehachapi location she has been so rude & acts like shes miserable & hated her life. If you cant be nice then you should not work customer service. So not happy with her attitude.

2:30 in the afternoon. Needed a loaf of bread sliced, no one in the bakery. All the lights are on as if it is occupied. Went to the front and had someone paged to the bakery. No one showed up been waiting 10 minutes. This is a fault of management not providing adequate coverage and a further fault of not having the bakery properly shuttered if left unattended for breaks.

Today was my first day using their online order for pick up. The app was very glitchy, which I could look past but unfortunately, it kept getting worse. I ordered 9 pounds of ground beef for a large meal I was preparing for the church, I got a notification that there was no ground beef available? There was no substitutions so essentially, I still needed to go to a different store to buy ground beef. Additionally, I bought eight packages of flour tortillas, and 10 large cans of pinto beans. They were all placed in one bag and when they brought it out to me, he didn’t ask me where to put it. He literally just put it on my lap in the driver seat. It was so heavy!! I’m not a weak person by any means, I am younger, but I can only imagine if I was an elderly person what the damage would have been done. Overall, very poor experience, I guess I will have to keep using Walmart pick up.

Perfectly nice Albertsons. Store names with "sons" in them are fundamentally sexist, probably should be left behind as traditional last names, but traditional last names with "son" in them probably need to start to be left off of stores. They still own the "Lucky" brand, a much better name anyway. Thanks to this store for being open new year's eve, all pros nice store.

No person at the checkout! I just left rather than “hunt” for the manager. Rude!Get with it Albertsons.Companies like Walmart and Costco are finally starting to rethink the idea of self-checkout lines, as "backlash" against it has grown, according to a new Yahoo Finance report.British supermarket chain Booth's is leading the way, removing them in all 28 of its stores. Managing director Nigel Murray said: “Our customers have told us this over time — that the self-scan machines that we’ve got in our stores … can be slow, they can be unreliable (and) they’re obviously impersonal.”
