Taylor is absolutely lovely to work with we did a title transfer and she had 3 other people ahead of me, had me in and out with new tags and registration card in exactly 6 mins love this alternative rather than dmv,

Taylor has been so helpful, I give Her customer service a 10+ , She didn't hand me 10 forms and sent me on my way, Taylor sat down with me and explained what each form was for and went Above and beyond her way to make sure I understood what information was needed. I will continue to Do All of Our DMV Registration's on our personal and company trucks ,utility trailers and renew our driver's licenses at Rapid Auto registration Services.

This place specifically the owner Diane Fernandez has had my paperwork for several months and paid for the services ahead of time and told me they would get back to me in the next few days....never happened. Its been several months with repeated phone calls no returns on voicemails or texts and they still have the paperwork to my vehicle. Not a place i recommend. Poor customer service. They have fully taken advantage of me and have taken my money and dont even have the audacity to call me back or answer my calls. If i could give it no stars i would

Every time I need help with auto registration this place is AWESOME ! Fast service / friendly and helpful ! Beats going to the DMV and waiting for hours in line ! My wait time here has never been over 5 min EVER! The owner is Taylor and she goes out of her way to help ! THANKS ?
