This is the cleanest, best run hot springs i have ever visited. The mineral water is very good and the only location here that doesn’t use chemicals in the water. Very healing! Ray and Yvonne are incredibly hospitable and have thought of everything. They truly care. And you should check out Ray’s incredible, generous breakfast! I had a horrible experience at a different resort nearby, where i felt completely unsafe as a single female, but my experience here could not have been more different, where I already feel like i am part of a family. The community room and communal breakfasts are a fantastic way to meet others. Highly recommend this place!!

Beautiful scenery, clean pools, great location… All ruined by an overbearing, patronizing, self-righteous, and disrespectful owner.First, nowhere on the website are any of their HUNDREDS of rules posted. I won't get into the details here. But, suffice to say, they're more like something that your boomer dad/grandpa might lecture you about than what you'd expect to receive as an adult, let alone a paying customer. And, it should be noted that there is no alcohol permitted on the property. So don't plan on enjoying a cold beer in the evening around the fire with friends after a day spent in the desert. This was off-putting to me and I don't even drink alcohol. People don't go out to the desert to be treated like children. He doesn't seem popular with many of the locals for the same reason. For all the lack of rules posted on the website, they're literally plastered EVERYWHERE in the campers, restrooms, entertainment room, pools… Signs, everywhere. It's hard to relax and rejuvenate in a hot spring when surrounded by passive-aggressive signs, many of which are factually incorrect, from a legal standpoint. For starters, "Federal, State, and Local laws" don't say anything regarding all the silly rules that the owner claims. He just made a bunch of signs and added that to them to try to scare his customers into obedience.Next, there's the fact that he feels entitled to spend literal hours of his guests' time lecturing them on, in his words, "how things work around here." And no, this doesn't mean he shows how to turn on the gas stove in your trailer. He means it in a patronizing, "Thats just 'how things work around here.' Don't like it? Go somewhere else" kind of way. We had to skip our first planned outing of our first day there because Ray mansplained everything under the sun, as if our party of four adults (ranging in age from mid-30s to mid-60s) needed to be told exactly what a bunch of signs mean when they say that we needed to bathe before entering the pool and literately included his own added arrows and instructions to include various body parts.Third, there is an overt evangelical theme to the entire place. Unfortunately, it seems that the signage and lectures run nowhere as deep as the source of the hot spring water is claimed to be. He's controlling and leads a prayer before breakfast, in which he literally came out into the main room and put his hand on a lady's back and told her to stop talking in front of all of the other guests. It was clear that he insisted he and his beliefs be respected; but couldn't be bothered to reciprocate the same to paying guests who may not share his beliefs. He reveled in the power of shooshing everyone to lead the prayer and seemed more like a Pharisee performing for the lookers-on than a humble, loving example of Jesus. Then, when we got to dishing up, he was literally telling people what to eat and how much to take. Contrary to what most might assume, he wasn't limiting quantities, but literally insisting that folks take as much as he wanted to give them. I watched him tell a man in his sixties to "get that plate over here and take this," and when the man said, "no thanks," he told him, "nonsense, grab one of them biscuits and bring me your plate." Before slathering it with red "gravy". Then he tried the same with me and I had to forcefully tell him no.I'm sure he means well and thinks that he's being fatherly. So I want to give him credit for that, and for the clean pools and park. But he's NOT my dad and I don't need to be patronized or treated like a child. I'm 44 years old, traveled to Tecopa from about 1,100 miles away, and if I wanted to be out there with my ACTUAL dad, I'd have invited him to come along. But I didn't, and yet he felt the need to step in with his controlling nature, passive-aggressive threats to "tresspass you out" for the silliest infractions, and

Their hot springs facility is the cleanest I've ever been in. The park is well groomed and maintained by Ray & Yvonne. Water temperature is perfect in all pools ☺️. Ray puts on a delicious home cooked breakfast spread every morning. This is a Christian guided park, they even accommodated us with their prayer chain for our friend in need. Our final thought about our visit and talk of the neighbors Ephesians 4:31

Ive been here twice. The first time I came on a Saturday during day time hours from Vegas for a soak, and I had a great experience! Clean and hot pools, and friendly staff.A couple months later, I traveled the same distance on a Friday night, arrived around 720pm for an evening soak. No one was in the office so I did as instructed on the sign and rang the bell…..wow what a mistake. 4 minutes later and angry couple with a scroungy dog shows up pissed off. I asked about soaking and they advised me that they close at 9pm. I said, okie I’ll go to delights then. They LIED and said ‘well delights closed at 9 too’ hahahahahah lie to someone else. I went over to delights and soaked for a few hours, NO PROBLEM OR RUDENESS.I soak Tecopa regularly, as I’m very lucky to have something so close to my home. I will never patronize this hot spring again. I thought the owners were awesome from my first visit, but they have sure shown they don’t want business.Go to Delights. More friendly, happier, and more temperature control there.

We had the privilege of staying at this wonderful place for a month long stay. It is so well maintained and the pools are always crystal clear. The owners, Ray and Yvonne, are such kind and generous people, and you can tell that they really want you to have an enjoyable stay. And the breakfast? Well, it's amazing! Ever had a real flapjack? How about Arkansas Mountain Tomato Gravy over homemade biscuits? Well you are in for a treat! I HIGHLY recommend a stay at this wonderful place. Thank you again Ray, Yvonne, and Tosha for making our stay so special and amazing! We will definitely be back!

The place was ok, there’s very little choice where you stay on this region - but this ‘notice’ we were given was a total turn off and after reading it I couldn’t bring myself to get in the water. Maybe it’s necessary but they ruined the experience.
