They used sandals instead shoes and declined to update my documents
It's so funny tellers couldn't speak english she ask me to speak farsi with her
And keep talking about personal things with customer

They are not competent enough to verify my phone number for over a month. I can't use my bank account at all. After wasting hours of my time, I had to waste another few opening a bank account somewhere else.

First business day of the month and this bank has TWO TELLERS working. There is a line of over a DOZEN PEOPLE waiting. I have been in line for 25 minutes. AND there are three employees standing around behind the tellers doing NOTHING. This place is run by a bunch of jerks who don't care at all about their customers.

Worst Wells Fargo branch. You have to wait a long time to be helped. Because the teller are terrible at their jobs. It takes them forever to do a transaction. And if you have a problem, they won't help you. They just say do you have online banking, just do it there. Avoid going to this branch.

These managers here are horrible! The guy behind was helping me and was very polite and needed the managers to confirm a deposit. They were both lost. Man and a woman. He went to go get them, they saw there was a line and they still didn't leave their office. I waited for them to confirm a small balance for 15 MINUTES!!! There were two managers there !!!! Worst bank ever , don't waste your time here.

Customer service is terrible. Waited in line for an hour to cash a check. Cashiers would let other customers cut in front after they complained. Please stay away and bank somewhere else.

Extremely unhelpful and long wait times. Unknowledgeable associates who simply read letters back to clients and provide information which is controverted by the actual official letter.

I am so pleased with Armen who helped me to do my wire transaction today, which was really important to me, when other WF branche in Brentwood didn't help me since I didn't have an appointment. Armen was very professional and fast, although he was busy, he was able to manage his time so I successfully completed the wire.

There's always a long, long, line, and never enough tellers, and they really don't seem to care.Today there had to be at least 25 people in front of me and the line was wrapped all around the bank reaching back to the teller windows.And now, they are going to be closed on saturdays, also

The oly have 2 Windows open at 1pm been in line for 45 minutesAnd the line is all the way out side. They use to be so good. Unfortunately last fudy the had the same problem. I'm not happy at all.

Wells Fargo doesn't care about customer service nor do they care how it affects their business. I went to this branch today at 10 AM, several bankers were standing around talking. They tell several people in line that they'll have to wait because the teller just took a 20 minute break. They said to use the cash machine or online banking. Bankers were asked if they could help and they said it would only be a 20 min. wait. Everyone left. These bankers could care less. Unfortunately, this is happening too frequently. The Sherman Oaks branch has similar problems.
