I've been a customer for over 10 years. Russell and previous owners have been respectful courteous and very professional. This is a lovely environment to frequent. I have been an extremely happy and satisfied customer. I highly recommend this business. Russell takes great care of his customers and is a delightful human being.

This place is great! One stop for all of your mailing needs and a notary on site! Why would you go anywhere else! The new owner Russell is such a lovely guy. He always asks how I am doing and my dogs love him. That speaks volumes! Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of meeting Russell today at Wall Street Mail Boxes and I must say he is such a kind hearted man. I am in between moving and needed a mail box to forward my mail in the interim. Russell was very savvy and provided me very affordable options. From the minute I came in and was done filling out paperwork and getting keys must have been less then 10 min tops!!! Very quick, easy and a painless process. I'm excited to have a place so convenient to pickup my mail now. And a friendly face. Thxs again Russell!

Russell is the man to see for your Notary Public needs. Signage is minimal but Russell plans on mounting better signage soon. He recently started new ownership of Wall Street Connection. Pull into the driveway at Yolanda off Ventura Blvd and you can't miss it. The parking lot is unidirectional so don't try to enter via the alley way or you'll wind up driving the wrong way like I did. The lot wasn't busy at 9am

Hi , Im French and came to this country in 1995. I opened my mail box at this location and since that year Im a happy customer. I would never change my address. Im very happy with the service they provided to me and my friend, they never loose anything, when Im in Europe she forward my mail , this address is memorized in all my record. I have also the same phone number since 22 years . When I happy and stay with the people I love . I cant help it , its my personality . thanks again and bon courage . Chris

I have been using this place for over 10 years and don't know why anyone would give it 1 star. Ellen is great, as was Priti who owned the business before Ellen. They have never lost any mail or package, and know me by name, even though they have hundreds of mail boxes. I would highly recommend.

Battled through traffic and terrible parking situation to use their DHL service. At the window I am told we do not do DHL. That was a lie. I asked why are there DHL signs then?? He replies owner is not here I do not know how to do DHL... Never going back there. I do not recommend unprofessional attitude.
