“Had to write a review on this place because of their AMAZING customer service. Today was my first day coming back to this clinic since I had another pet euthanized back in 2021. While that experience was heartbreaking the staff then and now has always been very kind and compassionate. To begin with the receptionist was very open and friendly, the vet technician Gabriel was very gentle and kind to my baby. Doctor Galdjian was helpful and honest towards my pet questions. I can confidently say they are in the right career field.”

“I met Dr. Kunin approximately 20 years ago. By my second visit he had won my admiration and friendship. In my opinion he stood out from the other Veterinarians I had worked with in the past. Not only did he know his craft extremely well, he also has a caring side for both animal and owners alike. I believe his drive to be a veterinarian came from growing up on a farm and dealing with the suffering of many animals. I believe he wanted to make a difference and do what he could to help animals in peril...which I believe he's done. During my recent time there, I also dealt with two of the other doctors during my difficulties with my dog, Loki (who was going though kidney shut down). It became a 3-way effort with his team, including Dr. Nardi and Dr. Barker. These doctors also have that rare quality of being truly invested in the work they do. I do not know how Dr. Kunin has the ability (or luck) to attract the quality of veterinarians he does, but I am extremely grateful. I can't overstate my admiration for the Doctors, but also for the staff as well. Their technician, Dior, helped with Loki's daily injections. She would greet us with a warm and caring smile. With her kindness, she eventually won Loki over and made a daunting experience bearable. The royal treatment did not end there. If Dior wasn't available, Alejandro, Stephen, Brittany and Yusmary took over with the same enthusiasm and kindness. Senior technicians April and Jennifer always comforted me with therapeutic advice and words of wisdom. Their administrative staff, Alexandra and Jessica kept everything well organized and communicated my needs to the Doctors. I want to mention these technicians, because they are the backbone of this veterinarian clinic and deserves praise for their work. Everyone made it a friendly and comfortable situation every time I walked into the office. Not to mention they added close to a year of quality and happiness to Loki's life. Dr. Kunin's office and administrative staff made me feel as if they were caring for their own pet when they were caring for Loki. Again, my deepest thanks to you all. Loki eventually succumbed to her illness. The team at Veterinary Medical Center comforted me through it all. To this day, I look upon them as friends for life. I will always be grateful to everyone who worked at Veterinary Medical Center. Losing a pet is difficult. I wish I could give them all medals, trophies and a week's vacation in Hawaii ending with an extravagant ceremony for the exceptional service they give on a daily basis. “We saw Dr. Werner for about a year for our dog's environmental allergies. He helped us figure out the best medication for her and always made sure she was getting the best care for her allergies. We tried immunotherapy, atopica, and apoquel. We appreciate that he worked with us to figure out how to best help her with the knowledge we had about her allergies. He and the front desk staff (Cynthia and Bonnie in particular) were always kind and friendly with our girl which made her happy to be there which is no easy feat. Dr. Werner was also the vet that helped us figure out what was going on with our girl when her health declined with what we thought was a hystiocytoma. He was very gentle and careful with her and that truly makes all the difference when your dog is ill. I'm a type A mom so I had ALL the questions and follow up questions and he always answered them. Beyond Dr.Werner's care we always appreciated Bonnie's kindness - in person and on the phone. Once we got a cancer diagnosis, she asked to be kept updated about our girl even though we weren't actively working with Dr. Werner due to the new diagnosis. She spoke with me and gave me guidance and promised to keep dr.Werner updated. She also always made sure to reach out to vets when in need of records which always helped because not all vet offices are always on top of that. She is truly a one of a kind person that went above and beyond and that's not easy to find in veterinary medicine especially since she works the front desk and didn't have to spend that time speaking with me. The only thing I wish had been different was how they informed us that her cytology report was positive for cancer. I got a call on a Monday morning from a man, maybe a lab tech (I believe his name was Chris but I'm not sure - we'd never spoken before) and he just said "the report came back consistent with cancer, dr. Werner suggests contacting an oncologist". Normally for a call about results I'm used to a doctor informing me, not some random guy I've literally never spoken to. It was also heartbreaking news and to have it delivered so straightforward without any consolation (no "I'm sorry" "I know this is hard" etc) was a bit jarring. But I don't want this to reflect on the center as a whole because they were always good to her and truly gave the best care we could hope for with her allergies. Would definitely recommend.”

She made sure everything was prepared for the doctor before she came in to check Peanut (our bird) and she made sure everything was explained to us before we left the appointment. Pricing is very reasonable as well! On top of that Dr Berens was so nice, she covered all the information needed and answered all of our concerns. “I have had my 10 year old cat treated by Dr Robison for 7 years and I am very grateful to her for her unbiased professionalism. First of all, my cat is much calmer in this veterinary clinic, because there are no other animals around at the time of my appointment. Only cats in the back room that are being cared for. Secondly, Dr Robison's advice is always backed up by extensive research on her part. She clearly explains why a medication, intervention, or a change of diet etc. are necessary or to be avoided. Thirdly, her office visit prices are very reasonable. Lastly, she makes herself readily available so booking appointments with her is easy. I will continue to take my cat to Dr Robison' s clinic and highly recommend her.”
