I called in and I was having issues with my package being returned to “insufficient address”. Makes no sense first off. The guy who picked up the call was really rude, didn’t care to help. He immediately said the supervisor will call me. He kept directing any of my questions to the phone call with the supervisor. And when I asked what hours Is the supervisor available ? He gives me 9-11am. I follow up to question him that the supervisor is off then? And he tells me oh no he’s only in this office during those hours. And again tells me the supervisor will call me. Overall not helpful, and was rushing to get me off the phone and redirecting me to the supervisor with every question I had.

Called the postal office today at 12:55pm. Guy answered the phone and said hold please and left me on hold for 20 min. I hung up. Unacceptable.

This is the post office I usually go to because it's the closest one to where I work. The staff are always nice and friendly, and they answer any questions you might have about sending or receiving mail. There's plenty of parking at this location, and they have some self-serve machines that help you avoid waiting in line if you don't need assistance. When you do have to wait, the time depends on how many people are in line and how many staff are working the counter that day. It's always a pleasant experience using USPS. See you next time for the next letter or package!

Extremely incompetent post office, my package was sent here by mistake and instead of sending the package back to the correct hub they sent it to ANOTHER incorrect city. This is the reason NO ONE will be sad when the post office completely shuts down for good.

Came here on 5/24/25 to mail some paperwork overseas. The super sweet lady with bright blue eyes and her younger black lady coworker was very helpful and friendly. I’m level one autism and I had no problem communicating with her (a rare thing for me, sometimes.) I had to leave another post office nearby because this bald dude (Ben I think, was his name) was terribly passive aggressive and sometimes just plain rude, then his coworker told me to not “look” upset about it or he couldn’t help me (both mansplaining, condescending and being very loud as if that would help anything.) Thank you ladies, you make visiting post office a lot more pleasant than those rude “Alpha Males.”

Both kiosks work great.
Always keep your receipts no matter what you buy and where.
Please remove the island by the sidewalk that keeps getting run over by cars are ruining the bottoms of them.

I just had a very positive experience at this post office. I definitely got lucky because it wasn’t busy, but I also got lucky because the woman who helped me was very upbeat with a can-do attitude and helped me out a lot. The other woman working there also seemed to be the same type of great employee.

This post office has very friendly and responsible staff. It is usually quiet and has a large parking area.

Called them this morning to say intercom mail carrier access lock needs to be replaced from vandalism… postmaster said “tomorrow “ I said “please notify the mail carrier regarding no access and lock issue and to contact me from intercom for access…he said he would … and didn’t bother … how do I know… because mail carrier just gave me a notice fifteen minutes ago to call MARVIN regarding lack ACCESS…

I went to this Post Office to mail a card for Father's. Used service kiosk, both machines wouldn't take credit card. Used the same credit card somewhere else, no problems. FIX YOUR MACHINES.

Employees are lazy and liars, my tracking number showed that my package was "held on request" but we never did that and there was no slip left anywhere, a second package was suppose to be delivered as well we waited but the mailman never went out of his truck we went to the post office after realizing no re-delivery attempt was being made after a couple of days and they gave me the run around saying my packages were not held there but are sent to Rinaldi that morning she saw it herself being taken away to go Rinaldi and because they dont have a place to keep the packages there the lady didnt even get up to check at all and insisted no packages were there and just dismissed me, when we got to Rinaldi at least they actually checked back there and said it wasnt with them but IS in fact held in Tarzana. Do not leave unless they actually go back there and check! These employees in tarzana office are the worst!
