I have been shopping at TJ Maxx for decades. I absolutely love all of the things they have from clothing to dishware. They have a small selection for houseware, but I usually go to HomeGoods for that which is also owned by the same company.

I love coming to this tjmaxx, I come atleast once a month. I went today and I got the most rudest unpleasant cashier ever. He was on register 2. No hi no how are you did you find everything okay. Nothing ! He didn't even wrap my 2 glass soap dispensers. Just quit little boy.

My shopping experience, yesterday Friday, 12/22, was fine, less chaotic than I expected considering the holiday-but they aren’t staying true to their hours of operation - Google shows they close at 11pm based on what’s stated on their website - people were showing up to shop at 955pm being turned away because they’d announced they were closing at 10pm.

Now I wanted to give this store a try and let me tell you worst customer service experience ever.The lady named Valerie is one of the worst of them all not only is she rude but she’s holding merch for herself and refuse to let a paying customer pay for the item! Very upset if anyone has corporate number please comment under this. This is totally unacceptable!!

I have been going to this Tjmaxx for a long time and l like it.I am planning to go back soon.God willing.Need to shop more for the Holidays before it gets crazier.
