SEE BELOW AT THE END FOR MY RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS RESPONSE.
Doesn’t stand behind work and poor quality replacement products. Took iPhone to replace back glass and they only do it overnight because they sub it out to a third party. Got it back and there was some glue around the edges from sloppy work. Two weeks later, I pull off my MagSafe charger and a piece of the back glass breaks off (see photo) and cracks from that same area. I just assumed they would fix it under warranty of their work. Nope! Blames me stating that it was definitely dropped when there is no sign of any damage or mark. Avoid this place at all cost.
I took my phone back without being repaired as I wasn’t going to pay $100 more and took it to LA Tech on Reseda and they are amazing and professional. Charged me less to replace the glass and looks totally new and professional. And they did it in two hours.
Adding one more note: LA Tech that repaired this phone professionally said that the replacement glass was missing the magnet on back of the glass so the internal magnet likely had too much pressure which caused the MagSafe charger to break the glass.
RESPONSE TO OWNER: Your fix to charge me close to full price is not helping the customer or offering to fix it. The phone was NOT dropped as mentioned and your third party company that fixes the glass, since you don't do it yourself, did a terrible job and left out the magnet under the glass and the MagSafe battery attachment shattered the glass which should not happen. Just stand behind your work and make sure you have a third party company that is professional and proficient. I found LA Tech in Reseda to be extremely professional and they fix the glass on site within 2 hours.

This is the worst establishment I've ever been in hands down....
The staff rude...crooks they will steal your money when there products dont work and only refund half of your money for there prodect not working.
charging a ridiculous 30 dollars for an iphone charger
Do yourself a favor go anywhere else
Look at all the negative reviews about unreliable service provider
He never offered a 10 dollar option for a charger if your looming for a helpful service provider this is not it go anywhere else for your phone needs

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL UNEDUCATED HORRIBLE PLACE. THESE JOKERS REPLACED MY IPAD LCD WITH A DEFECTIVE ONE ALSO WAS CHARGED EXTRA FOR FAST SHIPPING. THEY THEN LIED WHEN I TOOK IT BACK SAYING THE LCD IS NOW OUT OF STOCK AND THEY WOULDNT REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE ONE THAT THEY ORDEREDI HAD TO CALL LAPD TO GET MY IPAD BACK. THIS JOKER IS GONNA REPLY WITH NOTHING BUT LIES. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. HERE IS A PIC OF THEM TELLING ME ITS OUT OF STOCK.

UPDATED REVIEW: Not only are you a crook, you're a liar and a crazy person too "you called 30 places to get your iPad fixed" 30 places? Who has time to call 30 places. Especially with kids. The kids you claim broke the iPad. My kids didn't break the iPad. You put low quality pieces in the iPad. I am not going to entertain or address the rest of your message because you're a liar. I think anyone reading this knows, you're a crazy person and probably should take their business elsewhere. Good luck with your business!! You are a crook. You "fix" iPads, put terrible quality parts in place of the current parts. The lcd screen you put into my iPad is TERRIBLE quality. What is the point of a "warranty" if you don't stand behind your work. That iPad you "fixed" is now trash. I should have just used the $130 you charged me to put toward a new iPad. DO NOT bring your ipad here or it will just break in 2 weeks. I wish I read the reviews before I brought it here and paid cash or I would have disputed the charge.
