Let me start off I called in before to ask for gel x pricing since in the area many technicians lack the skill $65 they said..I just moved in the area so invited my sis-in-law to come with, they left her in a corner for about an hr and let 2 people go ahead of her. I the effort wasn't there, I didn't have a pleasant experience service was hostile. Very unprofessional

I have been getting my nails done at this salon for well over a year. They always do an amazing job, and I frequently receive compliments and questions about where I get my nails done.

Chrome gel manicure $58, color is great, looks a bit thick to my liking. She was fairly neat, a tad rough.
Pedicure with Denny $45. Fine job and neat painting job. Massage felt great, only about a minute per foot ?
Would return since they’re fast and get the job done, but they’re a tad pricey for how little time they spend on you (massages too short)

Do not come in here for dip nails... SNS. My nails look horrible. I asked the man that is the manager if they know how to do dip and if they can do it with the dip top coat. I am allergic to gel. The nail technician was very sweet... but he was rude. After waiting for my nails to dry for 20 min or more, they would not dry. Then when they did they are dull and rough. Literally walked out like this.... (Pictures below) he had the nerve to tell me this is how it looks when you don't gel.... And was pressuring me to do gel after I explained how allergic I am many many times before and after service. To top it off was in there for 2 1/2 hours. I got up and paid and left. Rude manager said I pay for service or he's removing my nails. I paid and tipped cause I'm classy. But just sharing and warning.... Don't come in for SNS....

I love them. They always remember me and my family. I get gels that last and last. When I walk in it seems so bright, clean and sparkly.

details incoming... came here to fix my DIY disaster, based on pictures online. made a same-day appointment at 11am for 3pm, Don (older gentleman) was available for my nails. i needed 3 tips and brought my own biogel and gel color to make sure i got exactly what i wanted. i told him that i moved to the area and i was looking for a new nail tech after going to the same person for 10 years, and he didn't seem interested in being that person. i felt like the service was very rushed, constant alarms were ringing throughout the service to keep track of time for each customer. my nail beds were drilled (which should NOT happen) and the lamp was so strong, it hurt incredibly bad. it felt like my fingertips were going to burn off, and i'm not being dramatic. he had me dry them one at a time, it hurt even more. i had to put my nail in, take it out when it got too painful, wait, and put it back in each time. i did ask for a different lamp, which was provided, it still hurt slightly less but not by much. i have never experienced that much pain at a nail salon, and he laughed it off and repeated, at least 3 times, "if it doesn't hurt, it doesn't work," which made my discomfort worse, and is absolutely not true. i said that my nail tech always does 2-4 coats of the biogel and then drills or buffs it down for smoothness, and i prefer my nails to look thin but be slightly on the thicker side to help prevent breakage from cleaning and daily tasks. he put one coat on and shaped it, so i thought it may be okay but it's definitely too thin and i have to be careful of everything i do and touch until i get them done again in 2-3 weeks. two days in, my pointer finger has already cracked on the side. my nails were cut and filed too thin but it was too late to fix it because they are my natural nails. i asked him to cut my cuticles, but he put oil on and told me i didn't need it. i didn't ask his opinion, i told him what i wanted and he made an excuse not to do it. i used a reference picture from their own site/instagram + he said he couldn't do it without doing dip powder. i told him i don't like dip, but i brought my own opi color gel, and if he could ombré the french with airbrush, it would be similar enough to the photo. he seemed displeased with my requests, didn't seem to like that i brought my own products so i couldn't be upcharged too much, and was clearly talking about me multiple times with other coworkers (older woman). Benny did a great job with the signature pedicure, took his time with everything + attention to detail. however one of my toenails is noticeably crooked and the foot/leg massage was shorter than expected, which is what i look forward to the most. the moment i complimented my massage, he stopped to grab a towel. they have comfortable pedicure chairs with sanitary bags for the bowls, the chairs for hands are old and scratched up, and it wasn't clear how sanitary they were or were not. slightly pricier than expected, $85 for nails and $65 for toes. i was quoted $60 for pedicure with french on the phone, ended up getting a signature pedicure solid color and it was $65. it would be helpful if prices were listed online. i do feel they want to: get you in and out, do what they want rather than what you want; they don't have set prices until you walk in. i understand that the service depends on how a clients nails look, how much repair they need, etc., but they should be more clear with pricing, and the fact that they don't care if they hurt you, or if you have a certain request, they make you feel like a difficult client. i wanted ombré french nails, provided my own biogel and color, and wanted them slightly thicker to prevent damage which yes would take likely 20-30 min more. i didn't ask for any super unique design that would take an extraordinary amount of time and effort, very basic requests. and i always tip well (25-50+%) based on service. i only tipped $10 each here for courtesy. they constantly have timers going off so i feel they a

I took my daughter to this nail salon when she was visiting from out of town. One of her nails fell off the next day. I called the owner, Alex, and he fixed it for her right away. I've been a steady customer for awhile and I find them very thorough and ready to remedy any problems, although this is the first one I've had. My nails nearly always last 4 weeks.

I love my nails! They look amazing! I did have to wait a little over 30 minutes before they saw me. My appointment was at 12:30 and they finally got to me around 1:00. It was worth the wait though! The salon was also very clean and nice.

One of my favorite places to go! Great staff who are always welcoming, big, clean open spaces with soooooo many polish choices! They never upsell me or mysteriously add cost which in turn makes me willingly want to add things and pay more! Being open late and on Sunday is the biggest perk for my schedule! Thank you and see you soon!

My experience with alex has been unmatched. If you show him a picture of anything online, he will re-create it exactly. My sister has originally been to this salon for a long period of time which is who recommended me to the Salon. we both religiously come here and go nowhere else even if they have no time we will wait. he makes you feel comfortable and there's always good music playing in the salon. I have been getting acrylic with alex for almost a year now, and I can say strongly from the first moment that I went to him to today he always provides the best service. I will continue to go to alex always.

So sad I need to make this review ! I went in and had my nails done. I did let them know that gel x does not last on my nails but they were very persistent that they will last 3 weeks. I did let them know that I am going on a work trip and I need it to last . Well guess what 4 days later I was going to cvs to buy press ons so I have nails on. I called them and let them know. The guy I spoke to said for me to go in on Saturday "today" and they will take care of me. Since my nails feel off in 4 days . Well I come in today and after my nails were done which is what I originally wanted acrylics they tried to charge me 70! I let them know the guys I spoke to said I can come in and there won't be a charge. The lady took $20 off my service. The money is not the issue. The issue is do not like your customers. If you were not gonna do it for free just don't say you are and just tell me we will give you a discount when I came in the first time, I said my nails do not last with Jax only acrylics, but when you guys insisted I just did the gel x because I trusted you and now has to come back waste my time and pay out-of-pocket again. This is truly unfair and not to mention unethical.

Broken chair with remote not functioning. The manager tells me I should have told the tech to replace remote attached to chair, such awful customer service experience. I will not be returning here, rude and hateful.

Horrible. I'm never going to return back because even my sns in 3 days was broken. The pedicure was horrible and the sns was really badly done.
