“I’ve been a Road Runner member for years, and I couldn’t be happier with their rewards and points system—it really adds value to every purchase. One of the things I love most is their in-store foot scan technology. They scan your feet and keep a detailed profile of your foot anatomy, which makes it so easy to find the right shoes that truly fit your needs. They even track the shoes purchased under my account, including those bought by friends and family, which is incredibly helpful when returning for the same perfect fit.
The staff is always knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. I recently brought a friend in, and she was so happy with her new shoes, they’re comfortable, supportive, and have already encouraged her to move more and even start running again.

“The places like a toy store for motorcycle enthusiasts! The gear and the apparel are all top notch! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I bought my helmet, boots, and a Smart Jacket there. If you ride motorcycles, I would highly the recommend the Dainese Smart Jacket. I have ridden over 50 years And now, won't ride anywhere without my smart jacket. I low sided going up a canyon at a spirited pace, I hit sand in the turn. I hit the ground hard and the jacket inflated. I was uninjured and able to lift the bike up and continue my ride home. I also believe it saved my son's life one time, and another time from serious injury. It's a pricey piece of equipment yet an amazing value. Like a helmet, it's better to have it not need it then need it and not have it. Kudos to Dainese LA!”

Huge selections of everything. This is like CostCo of golf here in the neighborhood. New, used clubs, tools to help you improve your game, free consultation for clubs and swings. Most of all, everyone is just like old friends that you can joke around and have fun while shopping or simply browsing.
I walk by this place everyday and I always love to stop by just to see the new things and have touch of it.

“It's been awhile since I have been to a retail store to pick up a paddle or racket! And truly the only way to get outfitted with the best fit, unless you tried a demo, is to go to a store and experienced in person! With a recommendation from a fellow pickleball mate, I ended up at this store in downtown Calabasas! From the start, I was greeted very kindly by the store manager and a fellow staff member! The manager was very knowledgeable of the paddle trends, the game and fit for players! The store had many choices in stock, and others could be had quickly from vendors! The store had a Black Friday deal going on and demo paddles for half off! Many thanks for the manager in letting us know these deals! The purpose of this trip was for a paddle but was almost lured into buying a tennis racket too; the store offers the top brand of rackets! Also you can get your rackets stringed here! Hard to find that service these days! With great service, conversation and honesty provided, we will definitely be back and tell our friends about this gem! Plus the parking in downtown was a perk on farmers market day!”
“I’m a photojournalist and I called in looking for a pair of waders for storm coverage. The crew at the shop took the time and talked me through some of the options for my specific needs on the phone. At the store the whole team really helped to make sure all equipment fit and I was prepared for using the waders properly. They even found me a great deal on some sale items which was incredibly helpful. This shop has the kind of genuine friendliness, knowledge and fun that seems to be lost in the current shopping market. I will definitely be retuning here for all future wading needs and my now seemingly inevitable venture into fly fishing.”

“Stopped in for some new gear as I recently took up Muay Thai, and Ali was incredibly helpful! Showed me a range of gloves based on what I told him and answered all my questions. He didn't make me feel pressured into buying anything and was honest about the quality of gloves. He even gave me information about the surrounding schools which I appreciated! Overall a great experience, they have a large selection of gear to choose from (100+ gloves) and amazing service.”

“So I went online and booked an appointment to get fitted for irons. When I got there, the kid in the back who is working the the booths didn’t even know I was coming. He didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. He wasn’t very enthusiastic at all. When I started my fitting, he had no idea what I wanted. He asked me what kind of clubs I wanted, and I said I want the fitting to tell me. While he was fitting me, he was helping several other customers. It was not a personalized experience at all. I did find a club that I hit better than others, I wanted to try other brands, but he sure didn’t offer. I asked him if I needed any modifications to a standard set of clubs and he said probably not. He didn’t seem eager to customize the set for me at all, seems like he just wanted me out of there. I did decide to purchase a set of irons but now I’m having second thoughts. $1000 for a set of irons then I went to the front to pay, there were three guys at the registers just chitchatting. They didn’t ask how my experience was. They didn’t really seam to care. They were too busy talking about football then to ask how my fitting went. There was not very many people in the store that day so I thought I would get a little more attention, but I guess not. I’m only giving it two stars because I found a set of clubs that I like thanks to hitting them in the booth, but if it came to customer service, I would give it one star. I have friends that we’re gonna go get fitted and now I’m telling him not to go there because of this experience.
Update: After a few days of leaving my review, the regional manager reached out to me and was very apologetic about the situation. This store was not staffed to do a proper fitting at the time I went. The customer service I experienced with the regional manager was excellent. She reminded me of a time when merchants went above and beyond to take care of customers. I would like to publicly thank her for reaching out to me and helping me turn this experience into positive one. With that I would have no problem continuing to do business with Roger Dunn and recommending others also. Thank you.”

“I was going to book with Golf Tech, but they told me that I would have to buy clubs from them. Then, I found that Club Champion was the better option, as they did exactly what I wanted and needed regarding my golf clubs. As a Military Veteran Golfer playing in the Veteran Golfers Association tournaments, they helped me find the shaft equipment for my club heads, and that’s all due to the help Connor Bates assisted me with getting better distances on my clubs.

“I’ve never been a fan of suits — mostly because I’ve always had a hard time finding one that actually fits me well, especially because of my height. I was honestly dreading the process of finding a wedding suit, and after some frustrating experiences at other stores, I wasn’t expecting much.
But then I walked into Jimmy Au’s, and everything changed.
They had so many suits that actually fit me off the rack — something I’d never experienced before. Not only did I find a suit that looked and felt perfect, but the quality was excellent too — it felt sharp, well-made, and super comfortable to wear all day.
Fred and Jimmy were amazing. It was the best service I’ve had anywhere. They treated me with real care and respect, and made me feel totally comfortable from the moment I walked in. What started as something I was dreading ended up being one of the easiest — and most confidence-boosting — parts of the wedding planning process.

“I started getting my shoes at Fleet Feet way back when it went under a different name (Phedipides. I'm 110% certain I spelled that incorrectly) to address a diagnosis of plantar fasciitis from my podiatrist. I'd never go anywhere else. The staff are always wonderful and the selection of shoes is vast. Plus, if not for Fleet Feet I never would have discovered the wonder of the footwear which goes by the name of Hoka!”
