This is probably the only smoke shop I visit and their second location in Sherman Oaks as well when I'm in the area. These guys are super nice and welcoming, and they have great service and prices. Strongly recomend!

Theyre the most friendliest smoke shops ever. I believe it is family owned and you definitely get that feeling inside. Became a regular and i noticed they'll take of you. They have so many options of products for a wide range of things, and also they import Japanese snacks not commonly anywhere, like hibiscus flavored skittles. Theyre really friendly and they dont hike up prices. Definitely my go-to.

This is my "new" regular smoke shop. I recommend them to anyone!They have a very clean, organized selection and they keep all their tobacco leaf at the perfect humidity. There has never been a time I didn't get a fresh pack from them (Grabba Leaves), and I often buy 7-10 packs at a time to stock up. They're also cheaper than the other shops I've purchased from in the surrounding area.The store fronts on this stretch of Ventura are narrow and hard to make out if you're driving by, so although I've lived in the area for 5+ years, I hadn't spotted them until a few months ago when I was forced to seek out a new shop; they're also in an area with ample street parking. The staff of the previous shop I USED TO go to had become- putting it nicely- a little 'too friendly' and unprofessional after I became a regular and I was no longer comfortable going in, so I appreciate the level of professionalism the gentlemen at Smoke Top practice. They're kind and appreciative and they have a good sense of which customers are coming in to chat and which are coming in for a quick purchase (I am the latter), so they respond accordingly. I've never experienced anything but a level of genuine friendliness appropriate for business owners/operators. As a result, I have been visiting this shop and only this shop since April '22.To top it off, they have exotic sodas that I occasionally treat myself to. They're my favorite sign of a shop being in touch with the times.

Owners was super knowledgeable on puffco / any of the stores products . Bought a proxy he threw in some terp pearls for free. A++++ 10/10 would shop again ! Thanks again !

One of the best vape shops that I have came across in the valley on Ventura with A+++ customer service. The prices on the Flum vapes are not over prices like the other shops. I came in and got the Flum Green Apple and flavor was amazing. I highly recommend this shop for any e-smokers in the valley.

This is my go-to for Vapes and hookah supplies! Don't go anywhere else. The other smoke shops in the area are overpriced, rude, and have a much smaller selection. This is a family-owned business, extremely friendly and courteous service, and great prices! Don't waste your time anywhere else!!

Supposedly this is supposed to be an amazing shop but don't sell bubblers that just don't function properly and THe fact that they Are 30.00 EACH um something is definitely off ... ! And I feel like I was definitely ripped off and GAVE ME NO RECEIPT VERY UN PROFESIONAL ...
